Don’t deal with this place. They cheat. We ordered food to pick up. The gave the wrong food. When we called, first they asked for a photo and then they asked us to return the food for a refund. Terrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

the worst service with the most inefficient people , no concept of customer service or apologies for their screw-ups. I ordered food for pick up, brought home and realized it wasn't what I ordered. called them immediately was told it would asked to send photographs, eventually forced to return the incorect order for a refund to the restaurant 20 mins away. Disgraceful attitude for their mistake, zero customer service, bad attitude all round.. and if your business accepts phone orders for pick up, make sure the person on the phone understands English. if not, the customer is not to blame. be careful dealing with this company, this is not the first time they have screwed up and I am not the only person disgusted by their attitude.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been ordering delivery from them for over a decade. IMHO, it is very good and affordable Cantonese style Chinese food. If you like it spicy, this is probably not the place for you. They make some dishes better than others, but it always comes down to personal taste. I've done a little trial and error and stick to my favorites.

The fried rice and spare ribs were horrendous. The rice was not even fried, it was clumped up, hard and tasteless. The spare ribs were dry, hard as a rock and horrible too. First and last time eating here. 0 out of 10. Would NOT recommend.

Not one to write negative reviews but got delivery on GrubHub and it was genuinely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I got sesame chicken with brown rice and some crab Rangoons. The crab rangoons were fine, rice was ok, but the chicken…. It was so tough. I was scared to eat it. I legit spit out multiple pieces and then just stopped eating it. I’ve never called anything inedible but that’s what the chicken was. I was really disappointed. We ordered after 9 pm so maybe it was just old, but please do better.

Pleasantly surprised! everything was delicious. old school chinese restaurant is small but clean place. beef and chicken is tender and flavorful. food was sealed tight with plastic container and comes with plain rice or you can pay extra for fried rice. makes for great leftovers next day. very affordable Grand Hunan restaurant even offer a coupon. fast and friendly service.

I tried to pick up from this restaurant and called my order in. I was told I could pick up in 15-20 min. I went to pick up my food and no one was at the front to help. It took about 10 min for them to come out, after I rang their bell. Then I was told there was no order (even though I showed my phone conversation) and was told I'd have to wait another 15-20 min for the food I previously ordered. I ended up just leaving cause I didn't have an additional 15-20 min to give them and just went to the Thai place across the street (their food was pretty good in case you're wondering).

I don't get what's wrong with all the people writing reviews. I live right next to here so I get food at this place all the time, it's super cheap, the people are really really nice, and the food is fine. The food isn't the most amazing thing ever but it's good and definitely worth the price. Edit: they even are so nice that sometimes they give me extra food and one time my boyfriend dropped the hot and sour soup (something I get every time because it's so yummy) and THEY GAVE US A WHOLE NEW ONE. This place deserves more then a two star rating :(
