Staff needs some significant retraining. I walked in this evening. Instead of being greeted I was received with blank look and attitude, as if I had interrupted the staffs conversation. When I asked if they were still open I was told no despite them clearly being open. Save yourself the bad experience and go next door to Seoul Spice where their staff greets you with a smile.

I went in, it was an empty store. No one on the line to greet the guests. Employee comes out she says hello. I told her I would like a bowl of soup. The woman responds with an attitude “which soup” it’s like I was disturbing her by just being a customer. She gave me my soup, told me to enjoy, the way she said it it’s as though it was hard for her to be nice. No spoon for soup.

Sandwiches are okay but only bottled softdrinks because dispencer machine is "out of order". When both toilets also had signs "out of order" but were fully operational it was obvious that they didn't want to have people refill their cups or to have to clean the restroom.

Would you consider eating at Potbellies again? Well look no further! This establishment has quality control food products that will put a smile on your face, and a pot in your belly (not really, but what im trying to say is hunger will be satisfied) I came here over half a dozen times, not once did service standards drop. Food, including milkshakes were uniform and consistently delicious, staff were nice and friendly people (but they werent so overly nice and friendly it got kinda creepy and awkward like you get with new target cashiers). I just loved the vibes I got from staff working here. Always positive, quick, motivated workers who always beat when it was the say "have a good day" time in the interaction. If you are in the area and hungry, me recommend eat here. food yummy yummy. Belly happy happy. people smiley smiley. just shut up and come here with your usual order, i promise you that you wont be disappointed.

Worst service I’ve have in a long time. The lady spent over 10 minutes picking out old wilted lettuce, then she gave the wrong salad dumped it out and re-picked out all the ingredients. AND THE SALAD STILL HAS MUSHY LETTUCE THROUGHOUT!!! We can’t eat it.Update: emailed owner after they responded to my review and they never contacted me back. This location is disgusting and careless.

Food is great, but the employees definitely have some attitude every time I go in.This particular time, I go in to pick up my online order. The guy at the front looks at me, ignores me completely, and goes on towards the back to do everything but just hand me my bag. The same for the lady working too. She looks at me, pulls out her phone, and goes on to ignore me. Pfft.If you want to keep your customers, get a new set of employees.
