been coming here since i was a kid and i’ve always loved there pupusas and carne asada, etc. lately the flavor has been lacking. got a carne asada and the rice has no flavor what so ever, the meat wasn’t tender, pupusas revueltas are 3/5 which is sad because they were originally known to have the best pupusas

Order a side of crema salvadoreña for a perfect accompaniment to your meal or snack. Pupusas are the size of your hand, so order 1-3 each. They have Tabasco on the tables and serve a very mild sauce (+ coleslaw) with every order, so BYO hot sauce if you’re craving spicy ?. Desserts are delicious and only $2.MUST ORDER: squash & cheese pupusa, empanada de plátano con leche dessert ($2 and not too sweet).Shoutout to Angela for making me feel so welcome and helping me practice Spanish (she used to be an elementary school teacher)! Service has drastically changed over the years. The guy taking your oder for carry out is extremely arrogant and service is slow. They estimate your wait time to be over half and hour when they have no customers dining in, when i get there to pick up my food is already cold.

Doña Azucena, It's the first of January, we called by phone to see if they were open, they said they would be open at 11am, we got there at 11:15 and the door was closed, there were many people waiting in their cars outside since 10am. And at 11:20am the workers were all eating at a table, we knocked on the door and they just looked at us laughing. Completely lack of respect, if you have a business, take care of it and don't make fun of people like that, you depend on your clientele, please respect people's time.I'm not coming back.
