Overall a fine experience. The restaurant was nice and big. The staff was very kind but inattentive so it was a little hard to call them over to get their attention. The pho was pretty good and there were a lot of options on the menu!

Food was amazing, service was top notch, and the atmosphere was perfect. The waiter was fast and attentive, I love that they leave water at the table so you can refill your glass when you need to, and the food was just perfect. Highly recommend stopping by if you are traveling.

I love this place. They have all my favorite Vietnamese dishes. The pho is solid but I usually get their bun cha Hanoi. I probably eat here 15 or 20 times a year. The egg rolls are hot and crispy every time. The servers are always nice to my kids.

Beautiful indoor dinning atmosphere and perfect for date night! They even have a separate bar section and it was huge! Hubby and I stopped in to fulfill my pho crave and the menu offered so many options, we struggled to agree on what to order. We started with summer rolls and fried quails with some Tsing Tao. Of course I ended up with the bun hue (love my super spicy foods) as my main dish and Hubby went with loc lac as his (shaky beef). They make their own spicy oil in-house and we definitely added it to everything! We enjoyed our time dining and chatting and ordered probably 3 rounds of beers. Jovi (the owner) was a hoot and definitely came to check in on us multiple times. Hubby ended up with a second round of fried quails and I got a bubble tea and a combo banh mi to go. It wasn't busy when we went (Thursday late afternoon/evening). I wish the meat wasn't sliced so thick (only con of the food experience) but overall, we enjoyed the food and definitely our time there.

Good place to get pho while trying to to impress. Food is very good and the service is friendly. Very good drinks specials for happy hour as well.

Don’t even bother ordering cocktails. One of the WORST ever we had in our entire lives. The food was fine. If you are taking a bunch of friends for dinner and they are so unhappy about the drinks and you end up with a hefty bill, not ideal, is it?

It's unfortunate to have to write this, but I feel it necessary for accountability on the part of the establishment. My girlfriend and I had an early dinner here on July 15th as we have done in the past after we come into town here. We have eaten here 2 - 3 other occasions and the experience was normally a good one. This day was a total tragedy. I'm not sure if it was because we were there earlier than most, but the staff member who waited on us lacked any quality service skills. There was a serious communication issue that occurred immediately when we ordered our food. She could not answer questions about what came with with meal, or what type of vegetables might be available to order with the meal. We asked for green tea first, and we were given iced tea (I can see an assumption being made with this one since it was a hot day). When I made my order, my order was a dish with beef. When the order came, luckily I uncovered the Crepe before taking a bite. when I did so, I saw that it was shrimp and not beef. When I notified the staff member of this, she was visibly annoyed about this as if it was my mistake and not hers. My girlfriend and I ended up sharing the meal she ordered and from there once done, we left.I know that a person can be dealing with a bad day (believe me, I've been there), but in this industry, one has to be ready to do the job. Shrimp in a meal versus beef can be a deadly mistake.

I came here with my family and really enjoyed this restaurant! Friendly and quick service with an awesome atmosphere, the owner came and chatted with us after our meal and he was funny and kind. The food was amazing, a very full menu of options - I can't recommend the summer rolls enough, I could have eaten ten of them they were so good. For my entree I had a sizzling Vietnamese crepe which was unlike any dish I've ever had, it was so good. Prices were very reasonable for the portions - I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in Arlington!
