The Shackburger is really nothing special. Could make the same burger at home without much effort or money. Bread doesn't seem to be toasted at all. On the other hand, the chicken burger is really good. Enjoyed it quite a lot, the texture and crispiness of the chicken was really good and the herb sauce they use is also delicious. Very pricey though, spend almost 20 dollars for both.

It's fast food so nothing much to write about BUT don't even think of stepping out of your car to grab your order leaving your car in front of shake shack. There's a tow truck stationed there where Nordstrom curbside pickup and saw it tow TWO cars away in less than 15

Just had an amazing lunch with my brother at this restaurant yesterday. It's located right at the entrance of the mall, so it's super convenient. The place was packed, but we decided to give it a try anyway. The chicken combo was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of their refreshing lemonade, even though it was a bit pricey. The atmosphere was top-notch, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. Such a great experience! ??? #FoodieAdventures #DeliciousLunch

Everything was good and the service was excellent. Jordan was very helpful.
I like the food but this one was a let down. The burger was salty - like tasted of salt, the atmosphere was cool but the bathroom was messy - and it didn’t look like it had just happened, the service was slow - food came out 5 minutes after our text that the food was ready and coming. It wasn’t busy and that didn’t make a difference. So overall - the experience was average.
Delivered food was cold and shake all melted. Gotta be careful with delivery.

Other Shake Shack locations aren't as pleasant as the one in Pentagon City.Kid-friendliness: Friendly with kids and have crayons and coloring activities
