My son and I came to Wendy’s around 11am before heading out of town. The restaurant was rather empty but also dirty. The cashier didn’t greet us nor did she speak very good English so we kept having to repeat ourselves. The cups were dirty and the soda machine seemed to be out of almost everything. The Diet Coke ran out while I was filling my cup. My son’s soda also ran out mid-pour. The chicken sandwich wasn’t bad actually, my son gave the Dave’s Double a B-. With McDonald’s a block away, it just makes more sense to go there. Not sure if this Wendy’s will be around much longer anyway. ??♂️
I went here to order food on 10/29/23 at approximately 12:40 pm in the drive through, the lady asked to take my order but as I was speaking she interrupted stating that she could not hear me which in return I elevated my voice then she asked me if I was ok instead of taking my order. Once my order was completed I drove to the window and there stood three ladies staring at me not saying anything. About a minute later I asked if I can pay for my order and asked why were they all just standing there. A manager comes over, I tell her what’s going on in which she apologizes and attempted to take my payment. Using Apple Pay as a method of course I have to use my password in which she refused to pull the payment machine down causing a delay with the payment method because a password is needed. She hands me bk my phone and tells me that she does not know what’s wrong with it. I refused the order as she was being sarcastically rude, unprofessional and frustrated by this time. I walked inside to ask for the names of the three employees and manager but the cashier was told in Spanish not to give me the names so she kept saying she didn’t know.There were three Indian ladies one bearing a red scarf and the manager was short with her appearance to be white but was Spanish in ethnicity. I’ll never return here and I what I recommend is for you all to learn how to respect your customers while treating everyone equally. Customer service is horrible

I came here for a super early lunch today and there was absolutely nobody here. Except for one of the two employees who were working behind the counter. The employee who helped me seemed like she was the Managers and she immediately dropped what she was doing to take my order. Her professionalism is is the reason why I am giving this restaurant high marks today. I ordered the Biggie Bag combo meal that included the double stack burger, 4 piece nuggets, small french fries, and a small drink. I actually ate in the dining room and it was super quiet and peaceful since there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time. I think that their drive thru is more popular. Everything was great!

I came here for a super early lunch today, and when I arrived there was literally no customer inside of the store. I believe that there were cars in the drive thru waiting to place their order, which is usually the case. I only saw two employees who working on the back, and the female employee immediately stopped what she was doing to take my order. That's what I call professionalism, and I appreciated it! I ordered the Biggie Bag combo meal which includes the double stack burger, four piece nuggets, small french fries, and a small drink. All for $5.00! I opted to eat quickly inside of the dining room, and it was super peaceful and quiet, which was nice for a change! The french fries and burger tasted great which is what zi have been accustomed to from this restaurant chain.

The customer service here is seriously lacking. Bordering Non-existent. Whenever I go there, I am never greeted nor even acknowledged for at least 5 minutes of standing there waiting to place my order. And certainly don’t expect anyone to give any type of courtesy as far as a “Thank you”.
Fancy flame thing and seats, but NO CHANGING TABLE! I think the changing table would have been money better spent.Kid-friendliness: There are no changing tables, but they have highchairs.
