Rude and jealous Spanish female manager working on July28th refused to make my wife's order gave her dirty looks and made inappropriate remarks in Spanish. We were told the chicken needed to cook. Twenty minutes passed and we never got our order. Drive thru got their orders and they had no intentions of making our food maybe because we are black. She handed out all the other orders except ours. Insecure and racist people shouldn't work at KFC. Get a real job!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your store.Upon visiting for an online order pickup, I encountered difficulties as the employees seemed to struggle with communication and locating my order. Unfortunately, I was left without assistance and received no answers to my inquiries. Even when I attempted to contact the store via phone, the last person I spoke to abruptly disconnected the call without addressing my concerns, which I found to be quite discourteous.I believe effective communication is essential in providing quality customer service. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve the overall experience for your customers.

Placed mobile order at around 10:17pm through KFC app since they were open til 11pm on Fri night. When I arrived at the store, the front door was locked so I went to drive thru lane and noticed their menu sign's light was off. Went to the window and noticed couple people working inside but waited for about few min more but no one would come up to the window at all, totally ignoring my honk, nothing and only to see them putting on their jacket and about to leave store. So I had to drive to the front and confronted the lady who claims her name is Esperanza. No apology, just said "no people we close" if any single one of the worker can up to the window and apologize first, and explain the situation. Then I wouldn't be this mad they flat out, ignored me and trying to avoid the situation by running away, which is unprofessional irresponsible, and just plain dumb whoever manages, this place didn't train their employees right shame

SCAMMED ME!!! I ORDERED ONLINE FOR $20 AND THE LOCATION WAS THE KFC WEBSITE SENT ME TO WAS CLOSED!!! Online on google maps and Apple Maps the location hours showed open, but drive thru and doors were locked!!! Scammed me and I never got my money back. Either don’t take orders if the location is closed or fix your location hours online . Last time I had maggots in my chicken.
Came in with a big-ish order and was helped right away. Service was fast and friendly. Everyone, customers and staff, seemed to be in a good mood. Love the fact that it's both a Taco Bell and a KFC!
