Walked in place was dirty the tables wasn’t clean at all the customer service was horrible didn’t give me a menu until I asked , then the cook was playing with the bacon like that wasn’t the food I was about to pay for , closing around then I walked out when a roach climbed on my plate of food I ran out but before I did , I took a picture the lady lied and said it’s a water bug not a roach . I didn’t pay or tip I lost my appetite and I will be calling corporate on Monday they need to shut this Waffle House down !!! It was so dirty in there I wanted to walk out before I even sat down

My son wanted to go here for his birthday breakfast. We were greeted, however while getting ready to place our order is when it went down hill. Our waitress proceeded to tell us all about hee kids being taking away from and basically her life story. Now I don't mind talking with our servers. I usually enjoy it. However my son face as she kept talking was just sad looking. Here it is his birthday and he gets to hear the depressing stuff. I had to ask her could she please stop as it was his birthday and we didn't want him sad. Which she did. However as we are eating our meal, a older lady walked by and was just looking in the windows. Someone behind the counter just started yelling " what are you looking at weirdo, hey weirdo what are you doing? Go away weirdo." I found this just disgusting behavior and beyond unprofessional. So we will not be going back to the Ashland location again.

Restaurant or motel? Stopped in here today at 430 am. I went to sit down to order. After waiting for 10 minutes no one still came. One of the zombies that was sleeping there got up and said the person was outside. If it was him he was sitting on a bucket smoking. There was another person sleeping inside also with his shirt pulled over his head. After seeing this circus I left. I guess the food there is a real killer.

I feel sorry for people working there having to deal with such more money being taken from them for such low quality food. A race to the bottom is what it seems to be at Waffle House. They should improve their standards and pay equitably.

First visit to Waffle House after living only in California. Food was actually really good and affordable, but was disappointed that I didn't witness any brawls or drunk people. 5/5, would waffle again.
