Recently began cleaning, painting, fixing, remodeling. Kind of worn down place with rougher clientele. Many fixtures are broken. MBut I guess it fits the clientele, pool tables and booze.
If you like feeling like you are in a pin ball machine with hot sweaty college kids then this is the place. Seriously, its an awesome college bar experience. Cold beer, strong drinks and good mix of people.

Very fun and relaxing environment and the young lady that manages Poor Billy's gave me some of the best service, best tasting drinks and good conversation I've had in a long time. Hands down hey 180 degree difference in service and quality then the last time I was there are you okay so looks like you're moving in the right direction. We will be back again
