Just open a jar of Raggu and eat it, it would be about the same. Even the dessert was bad.

Great customer service! Food and drinks were served in time, not many vegetarian options. I ordered the eggplant and mushroom Parmigianino which was fine. Delicious appetizers.

Very, very bland food. Went for a late lunch just before 3pm and was given a dinner menu. Tried the meatballs, chicken parmigiana and one of their specials, salmon and artichokes. The bread brought to the table was too hot to touch and then immediately started to crumble, so it was likely old bread they tried to refresh in the oven.

The meatballs: were served in a decent marinara, but tasted like they had zero salt and hadn't even been browned just thrown into an oven then dropped into sauce to serve. Nothing seemed properly seasoned honestly.

The chicken Parm: this was just strange, I don't know how you make chicken rubbery even cheap chicken. The chicken had been pounded out and fried to a crisp, but the actual chicken had a strange texture (I couldn't tell if they'd used thighs instead of breast!), was dry and lacked salt and somehow tasted of mushrooms. At first cut id thought they'd given me eggplant, but it was "chicken ish". It was served with a small side of spaghetti which was cooked properly and whose marinara was fine (again, unseasoned) but they didn't in any way taste or look homemade from the flavor to the color to the texture.

Salmon and artichoke: whole fish really needed salt sprinkled all over again, but the salmon was cooked well and they really enjoyed the lemony artichokes. It was served on top of a giant pile of spaghetti in a cream sauce while the chicken Parm had a small pile on the side, and while again the pasta was cooked well Id be shocked to find out it was really homemade. Maybe that's something they save for later services.

For dessert we asked if they zeppolis, because well it's their name, and they said they don't make them anymore because nobody orders them so they had to throw out the dough every day. Which was kind of wildly confusing, as while they don't offer pizzas it's the same/similar dough (hence why so many pizza and Italian places offer it) and you can make and keep that refrigerated for days before stretching to fry. Apparently they used to offer garlic knots too, but now just chop up some French bread and throw it in some hot oil.

All in all the food wasn't *bad*, but very bland and below-average. The server was nice and quick, but you could only tell they worked there due to us being the only other people in the restaurant.

It's hard to imagine intentionally going back due to the above, but it's not the end of the world if someone has a gift card or something. In all honesty it gave "things aren't going well and we only still exist because of our semi-proximity to campus when parents pull up yelp for a place to take their kid when visiting" vibes

Insanely garbage food. Went here on valentine’s day and just wrote about it because i’m still fuming. Spending around 120 dollars for 2 dishes which were clearly not fresh. really may have just been frozen food from walmart. Worst food for the money I wasted in my life. If there were negative stars I would have given it.

Terrible experience due to service. We ordered full meals, etc at 6:40pm. Its 756pm.. still no food. This is saturday dec7. This is deplorable - other patrons (two ladies) commented the same e.g delay with food - on the way out.

They need to figure out how to run kitchen and bar operations before we would ever consider eating here again.

The Bolognese pasta was served extremely hot, like it was microwaved. I'm not sure how it's possible for an Italian dish, but it lacked flavor.

There version of garlic knots are tiny pebbles of dough that have all the love deep fried out of them. It's the easiest thing in the world to have knots that are soft and doughy. Why ruin an appetizer like this?

Hyatt recommended this restaurant, so now I'm going to rate them lower too. I guess I'm a hater, but the freeze dried pasta I ate while hiking was yummier than this garbage.

Went on a Friday with a Sat football game. The server brought out the wrong menus and only noticed after we ordered. Then we got the correct menus, and half of what we wanted was sold out (at 530 PM), which we were notified of again after our (second) order was placed.

It is very Americanized Italian, so if you want authentic.. you won't get it here. If you want a step up from the Olive Garden, this is your place.
