Delicious pizza! It’s most comparable to NY style pizza with a sweeter cooked sauce. The crust was excellent - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There are even crust options for Gluten Free diners! Highly recommend!
What a great pizza place much like pizza in Rome. I believe the best product is the grilled Romain salad, suitable for two. Prosciutto on pizza is very Roman. Service is always excellent. Highly recommended.

I am from NYC and it's hard to find "good" pizza elsewhere. I love Coal Fire pizza. They give you a choice of sauces from signature (has a mild kick) to classic and bone othe I think. They also make many of their ingredients in store so the food taste very fresh. They literall bake theor pizza in a coal oven.
