Loves Store # 706 Chester’s chicken… food was ok but got back from our trip, and we both got sick from the food. My husband works at loves # 787 and might be in trouble with work due to our sickness with the chicken served…. Been throwing up since we got back plus diarrhea!!!!!

Chester's apple pies are so good, it's like the heavens opened up and shine down on them while fried!

This review is for the Chester's in Greenville va. Sorry Charlottesville they have no web site, their chicken is over priced very dry almost stale. Their sweet and spicy sauce is horrible. 13 peice was 25, we will be going to Chick-fil-A, KFC from now on. I strongly recommend you do the same.

Very disappointing food and prices are too high. The food is flavorless for the most part. The boneless wings are so tough we couldn't chew them. The chicken sandwich was just okay. The only thing I halfway enjoyed was the fried corn on the cobb. The prices are very high compared to other chicken franchises. Go to exit 205 White's truck stop Popeyes if you want chicken, you will be glad you did.

This post is for the new Chester's, Greenville, Virginia, just opened and the chicken is very spicy for me. I don't eat hot stuff. Should tell people their chicken is spicy. I only am use to being able to order regular or spicy. They should have a notice that their chicken is spicy and my be to hot for some people. I got a 4 piece snack and an order of gizzards. OH MY GOODNESS the gizzards are so tough that a dog couldn't eat them. Terrible food !!! I wouldn't give them 1 star but couldn't post until I did 1 star.

You don't even want to think about going here.

I stopped and purchased an egg and sausage biscuit, at least that is how it was labeled. I dropped it on the cement curb on the way out. It cracked the curb. That should have been a good reason not to bite it, but I was hungry and prepared to suffer. I did. I'm assuming the yellow part was the egg since it was yellow. But it was plastic, not egg. It was a cruel trick. But I was hungry, so I ate the sausage part along with the bottom part of the of what I think they would identify as the biscuit. But it crumbled so badly, I had to scoop it together to get it in my mouth. Kinda like eating a handful of nuts. But I was hungry. I did feel pretty tough afterward though, like I was a real man who could eat anything - maybe even roadkill. It was an achievement to make it half way through this biscuit. I'm giving them an extra star for making me feel accomplished. I don't think I will go back to this place, even if I am really hungry, or looking for something mean to throw at someone.
