These are the best ever just be careful not to eat them too quickly as you may experience the removal of the skin on the roof of your mouth ? so please use caution but after a few minutes to cool set back and be ready for best dumplings you've ever tasted great job guys and please keep them coming!! My husband and I popped into Marco & Luca when we went a on weekend trip to Charlottesville.Their menu is pretty simplistic, with only dumplings, cold noodles, buns, and chicken curry. I was excited to see they had a combo that had a little bit of everything (minus the cold noodles) plus a drink. I thought all of this for $13 was a reasonable price.The chicken curry was good, but dumplings and bun were the stars of the meal for me. These were some of the best dumplings I've had and the bun was soft and warm without being dry. I think if I were to go again, I would get a larger order of dumplings and a bun.
Delicious dumplings that could be compared to your grandmothers cooking.(Assuming that you put your grandmothers cooking on a high pedestal, like I do mine..)The chicken in the curry were BIG diced chunks (3/4”x3/4”) and EXTREMELY tender. The carrots and potatoes MELTED in my mouth with little effort. Yet they could still be picked up with ease by a country man using chopsticks..Someone get Kieth Lee in here!!!!!

We got some take away and it did not disappoint. Steamed dumplings and pork bun were so tender they were gone in no time flat. Chicken curry was spicy enough to slow us down but not so much to cause an issue later, if you know what I mean. The sesame noodles were also great, flavorful peanut sauce at the bottom of the dish that needed to be mixed in was just amazing. We certainly will be getting a repeat order in the future.
