The chicken teriyaki with double meat was very tasty. The sauce had a good flavor. In the past, the sauce tasted bland. I will be back!

Under new management😞. Prices have increased; for example, double meat is now $2.20😡. They only give 1 cup of yum-yum sauce; additional sauce charge of .50¢. Asked for plates to dine and they didn't want to give them to me. Poor customer service and poor accommodation. Won't be back😡😡👎👎!

New people are rude. They've cut the portions in half. To make things even worse on top of that, they've made the teriyaki sauce very watered down. It doesn't taste good at all. And the final nail in the coffin: These are actually going through the trouble of pouring out the Sriracha hot sauce, and mix it with water & ketchup. Do not eat here. If they go out of business, they deserve it. Absolutely shameful what they are doing. Shame..

I never do any kind of food reviews, but I have to report this it's a major health risk. My little brother ordered Terriaki chicken and we found a bobby pin in it!! That is just beyond disgusting. I try to give restaurants the benefit but I just can't when it comes to my family's health.

They changed owners and know they charging more then when they use to they just charge you and not give you a receipt and I saw how some order the same food as I did but charged the a totally different price this was my favorite place to come and eat and now I'm not thinking about coming back

I want to start by saying I love Nori Japan, the normal crew there is quick and I've never had a problem. But today there were two people I've never seen before and they were downright awful at their jobs. While waiting for my food I saw two people come up saying they were overcharged & one guy was even charged $900 instead of $9 and just got a quick sorry. So, as I continued to wait a slew of people ordered after me & one by one I saw them get their food even though they ordered after me & we all got the same thing so it's not like I ordered something that took longer. So I nicely ask if mine was up there and he tells me it's coming, few minutes goes by & he tried giving me food that I did not order. So at this point I was over it. My gf went back up front to get my money back while I went to Chik-Fil-A to order more food. And the cashier wanted to argue about it & even had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for the drink despite totally skipping over me for 15+ min. In the end I got the money back for the food portion but I will say if the normal crew isn't there do NOT go. I know I will never go again unless they are.
