Red Crab - Juicy Seafood

Do not eat here, I ordered a pound of sausage, crabs with potatoes and only received 1 cluster of the crabs and 4 sausages bro literally. When I called them to see if I can come get the rest of my food the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and racist

We went to the Red Crab in the midst of a severe thunderstorm. We ordered before the storm hit and knocked their power out. Making us realize that this restaurant has very poor customer service. When the power went out all of the employees were screaming that when the power comes on, everyone needs to pay their bill and leave. They were writing down customer’s credit card information and taking photos of credit cards. We were forced to take our food with us to go, without even being given an option. We declined because we were traveling and cannot eat seafood in the car and the waitress seemed very irritated. Every employee as well as what seemed to be management was very unprofessional. Can’t even tell you how the food was but the experience was extremely……weird…

And a very crapper is open up the atmosphere was wonderful to people and so what's the food now it's as though it has downgraded so the first place is running against second or third the atmosphere to me is not there the food is not as good as it used to be but it's a good place to me if you want good seafood

Be advised that the (Cajun) Crawfish is shell on f⁹ull body, but it is fresh. Also the shrimp was shell and tail on. Everything tasted good and fresh which is the important thing but I found it annoying they don't warn you about the shell on. Makes for quite the mess to eat it. This refers to the Cajun seafood in the plastic bag by the half pound.

Love it here! Drinks from bar are always tasty, and the flavors are immaculate! But our favorite part id the server Taylor- the girl with the red hair. She is always so kind and generous! Her service skills are definitely 100/10, definitely deserves a raise lol.

Forgot to take a picture - but the garlic butter shrimp and crab legs was delicious! We got there kind of late, but the staff never made us feel rushed. We ended up out before closing, but it was close! Nice people, really good seafood! Plentiful enough that we probably could have shared one dinner, wo we ended up with enough leftovers for dinner the next night! And I love the wash sinks outside the bathroom! Very convenient!

It's a ripoff! You basically get nothing for the price you pay.

Got there at about 11:30. We were seated given menus and waited for drinks and a waiter. Waiter watched TV the other one cleaned the counter nobody brought us anything for half an hour and we left. Ended up eating next door at McDonald's.

I have done takeout, and delivery with this restaurant. The flavors are good, but they are not honest with their pricing or portions. I ordered a pound snow crab legs, which should have come with corn and potatoes (as stated on the menu). What I received was one cluster of snow crab legs and no corn or potatoes. I called the restaurant to find out if one cluster of snow crab legs was in fact a pound. The person at the desk said that it was. That is not correct. 1 pound should’ve been at least two or three clusters. I don’t know how they calculate the weight, but for the amount of money paid, I did not receive an adequate portion.

Actually really good seafood! Came in thinking whatever, but walked out a happy patron.

The Chef needs to learn how to "layer" spices as so much of the food is flavorless! This needs to have a more "Louisanna" vibe. Fixtures are falling apart in the bathroom...too soon to be happening considering how new this place is! Use some SALT in cooking your rice and Broccoli ? Bang Bang shrimp is $11. for only 6 small shrimp! Too pricey!
