Only trashy restaurants are open on Christmas. Hope no one shows up. Place is understaffed by the time i got a spoon my soup was cold. Ontop of all of that 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant im throwing up what i just ate. This nasty poorly run place gave me food poisoning. I will be contacting the health department.

My husband and I met for a late lunch. He is a fan of endless shrimp and he loved the new options. My steak was undercooked, but the waitress, Leigh, corrected the problem. Leigh was attentive, friendly and available when we needed something. She made our dining experience that much better. I didn't give them 5 stars because I think their prices have increased too much. But I would definitely give Leigh 5 stars.

Casual chain style seafood - ample portions and lot of parking. Visited at lunch time, service was good but some tables appeared to need some cleaning. Waitstaff was friendly. Overall, a good choice because they have something for everyone - even the non seafood person.Parking: No shortage of parking or overflow parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance, wide open spaces.

We had a wonderful and great tasting dinner. Our waiter Curtis was excellent. The drinks were off the chain. The manager April Miller always knows what outstanding customer service is all about!

Waited 30 minutes just to get bread. Did not even get salad or appetizers at this point and had to go ask for the manager. I was told this was his 2nd day on the floor and I can appreciate that but there were probably 4 tables in the entire restaurant that were seated. My mom is elderly and disabled and it's really frustrating when you try to take her out and this is what happens because she rarely ever gets out. I could be sympathetic if they were busy. If you could even communicate to me that there was an issue in the kitchen.... Absolutely nothing. Very frustrating.Everyone gets the same scripted scripted response so it's obvious you don't really care about what the customer has experienced or how they genuinely feel. Sad. !!!

My boyfriend and I were seated for 15 mins. without any server coming to our table to greet us or take our order. They greeted others at their tables coming in after us including; a larger table directly across from us. We decided to leave without making a fuss and as we were existing, my boyfriend looked back at the manager and said "No one would help us" and she replied " I see". What I didn't see is any customer service and a manager who allowed customers to walk out the door without attempting to fix the problem! - 0 stars is what they deserve!!!

Three of us went to Red Lobster after a football game. The next day we discovered that the waiter had added $10 to the tip on each of our cards. One of us went in to retrieve her $ back. She was given the $10 and the employee said it was an "honest mistake". How could it be an honest mistake when he added $10 to all 3 cards?? Diners beware!

Went here last night for birthday dinner. Was never seated after an hour wait left. I was on way and put us on waiting list. Got there checked in was told 20 minutes even though app had said 15 minutes. Okay that is fine we will wait 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into an hour. Ask hostess how much longer it would be she stayed 10 minutes. 10 minutes came and passed still waiting. Got up and left. Lots of tables that were empty I guess staff not able to work it. Will not visit again!

Disappointed. The rolls and our appetizer were fine. But the shrimp scampi was super blah. Too greasy and not nearly enough garlic. Fried flounder didn't have any taste either.

Lousy entry and salad was the proper size for my 3 year old. Although I use curb side I expect the same size food order as inside. Before ordering recently it had been 5 years. Probably will be longer time period and desperate if I ever order again. Uggggg Will not recommend this time your biscuits won't save you!!!!

Service was very poor. Food was poorly cooked. When my boyfriend sent his steak back for being well done when he ordered medium it took forever to get the new steak, I was done eating before he got it, it was a different cut of meat and the manager that dropped it off had an attitude. Biggest waste of $100 and a date night

Husband and I just left and wow - boy did this Red Lobster surprise us! After not being in one for several years, we took a chance. It was EXCELLENT! The food was hot and fresh (lobster/shrimp/scallops), and the service was truly awesome! Our server Cody was attentive, knowledgeable and overall 5 star for sure! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a wonderful meal!!
