It was an evening of "to dos." We had fresh - hot roast beef sandwichs. Yum! Including super fresh, hot fries. It was pouring down rain outside. So we sat and visited for a while. The atmosphere was peaceful. Employees were speaking respectfully to each other and the customers. The sounds and view of the rain were an added bonus. Thank you for the great food and atmosphere.

Please please, do not eat this gelatinous, overprocessed, freezer burnt "meat"? I actually went there with my husband for a food review one night. And they said they were out of beef. We both got a lamb meat gyro. I love the tanziki sauce. But it would have been better had the pita bread not been dripping wet with greese.

One of the worst Arby's around. Not a single car in the parking lot not a single person inside when you pull up to the drive-thru they tell you to wait I sat for 10 minutes ended up driving off this is the third time this has happened to me at this location I will no longer be stopping in. Sorry I will not be going to your website to fill out a review form you asked for too much personal information and your company states that you sell that information no thanks

I usually rate fast food 1 stars but my gosh this Arby’s was outstanding with the hot food and amazing customer service. My order is always correct and they repeat it to make sure. The employees here do a phenomenal job I am willing to drive 20 minutes to Chesapeake for Arby’s instead of going across the street to the one in Norfolk where I live. I’m a sucker for curly fries so I love Arby’s. When they had that Wagyu beef burger I was addicted! Hope they bring that back!!!

Well tried you one more time there will be no more chances ordered a crispy chicken wrap meal they must have made it yesterday it was all dried out chicken and the wrap and it was even wrapped wrong , 13.00. For a piece of cardboard . Fries were cold and sweet tea was all sugar !

I went through the drive-through. They were VERY slow to take my order. When I got to the window, the assistant manager was the person working the drive-through window. She was slow and had a very bad attitude. When I asked for sauce for the nuggets I ordered, she rolled her eyes at me. When I was handed the bags, I noticed several things missing when I told her things were missing she rolled her eyes again. The food I got was cold and hard and must have been old. Arby's is too overpriced to have to deal with all that.
