Terrible the fries were too dark and hard no condiments were given when asked and waited too long and the manager acted as if she couldn’t add strawberries in my lemonade when it’s done at every other chick fil a DONT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!

Ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes, it took 25 minutes to get the order, they kept telling us to wait. I went to drive thru counter twice, a very rude young man never helped. Finally my wife had to go stand there and wait. I won’t be going back, the quality of the food is not worth it. They use to have excellent customer service, that is in decline.

This is my least favorite Chick-fil-A they are slow, they never get your order correct. One time I spent my whole 30mins at the front of line waiting for tortilla soup and soup only. they always forget the condiments.

I love Chick-fil-A and I eat at them all over the US because it's one of the few fast food places I can eat with my diet restrictions. We drove into town from Texas for a funeral. At the end of our second full day of traveling, we chose this chick - fil-a because it's in the mall and we needed a place to sit. The one across the street doesn't have the lobby open right now. We went up to order, and the cashier told me they were out of grilled chicken and grilled nuggets. We asked if there was a shortage. She said no, they had the chicken in the store, but they didn't have any cooked. Since they'd be closing in a few hours, they we're not going to cook more. I've never had a Chick-fil-A tell me 2 1/2 hours before closing that they weren't going to cook me anymore chicken. I worked at Chick-fil-A for several years and for one thing, I know that's not how they are trained. And the other thing, I know that grilled chicken doesn't take that long to cook. She didn't even offer me that option to wait to have some made. So me and my entire family of 5 had to leave and go find another restaurant to eat at. I'm really disappointed that this location isn't representing Chick-fil-A and the values they teach. I wouldn't waste your time here. Just go across the street and eat at the other one. You'll get better service.

This is the slowest chick fil a ever. And that's with 3 lines. They did not think about location when building this restaurant. Expect to sit in the line for 40+ minutes and receive cold fries and missing items. Also what is the point of having your employees stand outside and take orders on their iPad in the cold rain? When they are just standing under the awning (as they should) when you could just use the regular ordering mic? Seriously whoever the manager is of this place needs to be re-trained so the staff has someone competent to go off of.

Ordered a 3 piece strip meal and it was horrible. The chicken smelled like old grease and tasted even worse. I spoke to one of the leads and the manager passed through her that I could come back in a few days and get another order, I guess as a replacement. That was not the correct answer or good customer service. I had to reorder from the Chick-fil-A located across from the mall. They should have been my first choice.
