Come on folks…gave me a completely wrong name.Slow to the window.Once I got to the window everyone had a deer in the headlights look.Couldn’t not find my order because of wrong name.I told them my order. Found it with a completely wrong name.Got it with fries like rubber. Had to leave because of being late to an appointment.Trash on the floor in the work area.Chick-fil-A IS the standard in the fast food industry. The others don’t even try to compete because they can’t. You are the best. Do your best. .
Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at a fast food restaurant. Went to the drive-through, spilled a drink in my car, asked for a refill they told me to go around and go inside. So I parked in front and cleaned up the mess and walked inside. They declined to give me a refill and said if I wanted a refill I would have to pay for a new drink. They claimed it was a health hazard to reuse the cup. Usually if this happens the fast food restaurant always just gives me a new cup and refills my drink. This place acted like they would go out of business if they gave one free refill. I’m literally blown away as I’ve never seen a fast food joint refuse refills. And to top it all off the manager Colleen was extremely rude. Will never be going back here ever again. (Yes I ended up just paying for the refill)

I order food under my daughters app 2/29 they not only took my money but took points off my daughters app and the told us when we got there we never paid!!!!!! Thieves!!!! Calling NFCU and disputing this charge!!!!!! Clearly you can see they 100% took my money out of my account !

I’ve been going here a lot recently and they are always super kind. Lovely staff and the quality of food never misses. I just wish they had larger coffee sizes lol.
Don't get delivery! They leave items out of the order and then when you call to notify them they say you can drive to the restaurant to pick them up after paying a delivery fee, a tip, and higher prices for delivered food and that seriously is the answer they gave! I guess poor customer service is the new standard at what used to be a great local place to eat prior to the renovation.

Chick-fil-A is the only fast food restaurant that I eat. The workers are friendly and respectful. Food is always good and the inside is very clean.
Overall disappointing experience. My biggest issue with this location is the cleanliness. Whenever I go in, it is not up to par to be serving people food. Found a used napkin in my bag and my sauce looked as if it had already been opened. I usually never leave reviews, but I was super disappointed.
