The people who work there are usually friendly enough but the food sucks it's never made correctly When you ask for even the smallest modification that either don't put it in or it's made wrong I got breakfast this morning and I had to come back to get it fixed which normally is no big deal but whoever was on the back line had to remake it 3 times and all I wanted was no cheese also I don't know what your normal portion sizes are but I got a large hash round and there was only 16 hash rounds in the entire tiny a** box I work in fast food too and 16 hash rounds is what goes in our Small. Every time I come here the food is not cooked I have to go home and finish cooking in at home I've been coming here less and less and less over the years because it's not worth to pay all that money for a large combo and get half the amount of food that I normally get anywhere else on top of that it's not cooked right.Edit: I posted this in the parking lot because I was so angry about them having to remake it so many times but I actually just looked at my sandwich to make sure it was Correct but when I got home and went to actually eat it it smells and tastes of mold What the actual heck I am never coming back here again I don't care if you do have overhead you don't serve moldy food to customers I'm gonna tell everyone never to go to that place again 10 years ago the service there was amazing and now it's just horrible. The people are nice but if you're gonna be serving stuff like that while smiling at customers It means the company has created an environment where all they care about is that their employees are smiling regardless of what they actually do at the job That's toxic as heck.The hash runs were actually really good despite the portion size but if you mess up hashrounds maybe you should just close your doors.

Almost didn't order food. Used the restroom before ordering, an employee was in the stall using toilet, came out, didn't wash his hands and went right back to the dining area to work. Disgusting.

I only go to these because of my kids requesting it for their birthday. If it wasn't that would not be supporting a bigoted company like this.

Greeted cheerfully by Seth and escorted to our usual seat, welcomed by Jason who promptly took our order and quickly delivered our food . Table and booth were beautifully decorated. As we were finishing our meal, Seth again thanked us for coming and gave us a delightful gift bag. Thanks to all who made it a delightful evening.

Always a great experience here. The "My pleasure" is a bit too rehearsed cuz they say it so much but very friendly.
Had a great experience tonight with their Valentine's Day reservations. Seated by Seth and served by Jacob. We had a real restaurant experience with service, food, follow up, etc. they had very nice decorations for the night with beautiful fresh flowers on the table and Seth had a very nice goody bag for us with candy and some dessert gift cards.

This is my go to fast food spot. It was off putting that the person who took my order had dirty nails and her jacket was filthy. My order was not correct but the cashier stepped up and took care of the error.
