Food honestly should get less than 1 since all we got was chips and salsa. Which are pretty good. The Anniversary Presidente Margherita tasted like soap.This is the most poorly run restaurant around and there are several. We used to go faithfully...even recommend to people...never again. Service...slow and so.etimes non existant. Beer on tap...NONE! The taps froze according to the bartender. Needless to say we paid for our drinks and left. Looking for something to do...don't go here!!!

Went there to eat around 8:30pm on a Saturday night, it was so empty, we pretty much had run off the place.We sat in the bar area and our service was excellent. I had a patron margarita and it was quite tasty. The food was typical to chili, I had fajitas and the hubs had the triple sampler which included 2 mini cheeseburgers, southwest egg rolls and chicken strips it was all good.If you like eating at Chili’s then this one is perfect
Do NOT use grub hub, your order will arrive inedible and they will not replace it. Last time I’m doing that!!!! Chilis has not responded and did not replace the food so we won’t be back to this location either. They’re 3 stars on their best day, which isn’t often.my food sat in the rain in a puddle for 40 minutes and was completely inedible. I’ve been sick with an “unknown infection “ for two months and all I wanted was three days of food for myself and my daughter.ETA: I am not jumping through hoops. If you want more info about my order, you can reach out to the restaurarnt manager, who can go through all the transactions. You were so late replying that I no longer have my receipt.

I made the mistake of trusting my husband to order my drink while I used the restroom. He forgot what I wanted, so by the time I returned Nicole brought water for me and even addressed that she didnt know what I wanted but never asked what I actually wanted to drink or our appetizer. I've never met a server that wasn't trying to sell, but she was the exact opposite. It was HARD to order from her. We wanted drinks and apps but she just kept walking away. We finally ordered drinks, apps, and food together but she delivered NONE of it. Someone else did. I heard her rudely tell the hostess where to seat her guests in front of multiple tables. She didn't ask how to cook our steak or burger. We told her it was our 4 year Olds birthday and she said "You don't wanna hear me sing but I'll bring dessert."...then never did. You can tell she's an experienced server, as am I, but she is on autopilot.Edit to add: After the below response, I reached out as instructed to get a generic response and a $20 gift card. What a waste of time! There were 5 of us with apps and drinks. My sons birthday was ignored and we were ignored as a whole. $20 is enough to get us in the door.

Husband and I went to this location this evening, 1/11, and we were majorly disappointed. We had previously been here Halloween of last year (2 months ago) and everything was amazing. However, this evening, not so much. First off, the music was way too loud, we couldn't even have a normal conversation without basically yelling at each other. Then we seemed to have gotten an inexperienced server who was rather forgetful for us, yet amazingly attentive to other tables. One such table was able to have their party of 4 get drinks, food, and dessert by the time we had even gotten our server to come back to us for the refills we had asked for 15 minutes prior. I had ordered a bacon burger, and wanted to try the black bean veggie patty as they're usually tasty. What I got was a burnt hockey puck instead, so I had to wait another 20 min for a regular bacon burger to come out. The crispy chicken my husband ordered was soggy, and the Mac and cheese was basically pasta in a milk sauce. When it came to paying our check, we had to wait another 15-20 min for our server to come back over because the tablet at our table was not working. Then another 10 for a manager override for the burnt burger. We finally were able to pay after sitting very uncomfortably for so long, which being pregnant, is not easy to do to begin with. I think we will stick to other locations from now on.

We ordered take out…steak was not cooked as directed, sides and condiments are left behind. It should be a better take out standard. Standards help things run accordingly and accurately…may I recommend that you all get a tighter grip in the kitchen and preparing take out orders. Thank you and have a happy holiday ?

I wish I could add photos but the food was so good, a picture didn’t even get a chance lol!!!! Food came out quick!!! The corn!!! Omgeeee the ribs was so tender and seasoned!!!! The asparagus was roasted to perfection!!!!! Definitely will be back!!!
