Went to meet friends staying at the Delta Hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant since the website said they had a happy hour. We got there only to be told they don't have one and act like we were stupid for suggesting it. Showed them the website on my phone and the response was "oh well, not sure why it says that, but we don't have a happy hour so there is no half off as stated online." Perhaps they have not heard of false advertising? Seemed like a bait and switch move. We heard another guest complain about this as well. Decided to give them another try and did a meet up for the weekend breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the food was not very tasty and looked like it had been sitting for a very long time or had been reheated several times. We will be doing meet ups somewhere else when our group gets together, regardless if they stay at the hotel or not.

The atmosphere in the bar/restaurant is very welcoming! The bartender, believe his name is Patrick (Pat) provided professional service and outstanding customer service. His presence is what you want more of in your establishment!

The information online is outdated, they don't have half the items on the online menu. Said they had happy hour online but didn't. The food turned out good but was not what I had planned on ordering it was not on the menu.

We had not only great food but a great experience because of our fabulous waitress Ray-Ray and Chef Oscar and Chef Ray. The service, food quality, and presentation was first class!! Our only negative experience was with the bartender on arrival, she was quick to say that they don't provide service outside on the patio. I asked her for menus to take outside and we would return to place an order once out party arrived, she seemed to pause and hesitate but RayRay walked up and handed me the menu's. We found patio seating outside. Once the rest of the party arrived, hubby went inside to try and order beverages from bar for everyone. RayRay went above and beyond to get a tray and proceeded to carry everything outside for us. Instead of making us have to come back inside she took our orders (which was large) and not only did she return with a serving cart carrying the food but the Chefs came out and assisted. We call this first class service that is not seen a lot these days so we were very appreciative. Delta these individuals are 5 star and represented your establishment well. The bartender not so much, she is in need of customer service training or something ??♀️

When we stay at the hotel, we usually have the breakfast buffet on the weekends. It's always fresh and a good selection. The waitress is super friendly!There is a nice bar, too! ?

The location is very convenient and there are some tasty selections. However, I planned to dinner for 4 there for my sister's birthday. Arrived to 1 bartender waiting on the whole dining room and bar on a Sunday evening. She was not welcoming but did get the job done. She took a special request but then our wait for the food went on and on. When I approached the bar to ask, she reminded me that our 1 special request for a half-size entree delayed the order. No empathy just that is how it was. Food was delivered with 2 of our 4 guests missing one side each. The food runner seemed to doubt our correction but later brought the 2 sides with no graciousness. Next time, I would try take out instead of dining in. Disappointed to not get the service possible for well-priced food with great flavor.
