I’ve been craving a BLT all week. I was raving to some friends how good they are at Metro Diner and they load the triple decker BLT with lots of bacon. Today 4/12/24, three of my friends joined me lunch. Three of us ordered the BLT’s, and we were lucky if they had 2 strips of bacon on the whole sandwich. Very disappointed. Has the Chesapeake, VA location changed hands?

Had loaded potato soup and it was cold first sent it back and it came back so thick and more bacon then potato. Not the best. 1/2 grilled cheese was great.

This was our 1st experience here. I actually don't have any major complaints. The place had good reviews & was local. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because my beef tips could have been a little more tender. It was difficult to chew. Also, the Bloody Mary wasn't too bad, but could have been dressed up a little better.Our server was pretty good.
