The pizza (Deep dish pepperoni) was very greasy. Lotta oil. Tasted ok, but again, a lot of grease or whatever it was.. just a bit too much.

Had a small mishap.Ordered a family deal, when it arrived a pizza was missing.I called the store and they put me on the phone with the manager Marvin.He was very professional.He offered to give us a credit back or to remake our entire order.So credit, no way! We were hungry!Said give him 20 mins and order would be ready.Got to the store as my order was coming out the oven.Marvin's customer service was on pointThank you. Food was great.Mistakes happen.d Don't sweat the small things. It all about how you handle and resolve the issue.And you sir nailed it.Thanks again.

INCOMPETENT!! Male manager was a complete idiot. Told me 12 minutes on pizza cuz he messed up 1 pizza and 40 minutes later I leave with my order. My other 2 pizzas, breadsticks and melt sat in warmer for 40 minutes. He messed up 8 ppls orders while i was there. Unreal. Definitely not manager material.

We had given up on Pizza Hut because the location closest to our home hardly put ingredients on our pizza even when we ordered and paid for extra. David encouraged us to try his location. I love pizza hut but here lately, all my orders have been trash. I'm very disappointed. The pizza is hard and hardly no toppings and very little sauce. The least you could do is make it look exactly like the commercials. Guess I have to find another pizza spot...

Good pizza. But, I ordered online and Accidentally ordered cheese only. when I got there they corrected my order to the correct pizza and let me keep the cheese pizza too. Excellent customer service!

Ordered the buffalo chicken melt, supposed to come with a ranch, asked for an extra, got a total of zero ranch dipping sauces. The melt itself had 2 little chunks of chicken, a single slice of onion and almost no cheese. Paid $10 for some toasted bread. Don’t waste your time on people who can’t even read their orders.
