I’ve never had poke before in my life but decided to try this place out. Aaron was working the front and he was AMAZING and offered great recommendations. I got the poke nachos and they were delicious. Will definitely be coming back for the food and service!! 11/10 recommend!

Operating hours on the door say Mon-Sun 11am-9pm. We showed up at 8pm, doors locked, and the 2 clerks smiled and pointed at the open sign/light being off. Would be nice to know when operating hours change - time to find another poke place.

Good poke for VB but pricy and everything is extra. My bowl came with 5 ingredients but double of one was extra. Service was average and atmosphere is normal for counter service. Poke bowl was delicious.

Customer service was great. Presentation was great! The food was below bar for what you're expecting . The fish wasn't the right temperature and that could really make you sick. I spent $20 on a bowl that I can't consume because the risk of illness.

I like the setup here when you go to order, it's like a build a nearbear but for your mouth! It's nice to have personal interaction with the staff preparing your bowl. Other places have you order on a tablet and it just seems so impersonal. I hit Poketastic at least 2-3 a month and even though it's gotten a little more experience because of costs I will continue to go. The staff always seems upbeat and positive!
