Used the app to order food online. Food was exactly as I expected for a fast food burger. It was good. Price was right. Ordering was easy, and it was ready when I arrived. I would do this again. I also ordered the chicken bites, and they were ok. The bites should have come with a dipping sauce, ranch, or blue cheese.

The food is fine, though sometimes it's not warm when we've gotten it. But the wait here makes it incredibly frustrating. I've tried a couple times over the last year, and it consistently is a 15-20 minute wait; I've had quicker service in sit-down restaurants.

I do not recommend this location. I ordered on the mobile app at 5:27pm. Our food was stated to be ready at 5:33. At 5:51 I inquired about my order through the kiosk. I was told it was ready and they would be right out. About 5 minutes later we got our food. The food we received was hardly warm. The burgers were dry, cold and crusty and the buns on a couple were all tore up. One had Mayo on it which quarter pound double cheeseburgers aren't suppose to have Mayo. We also asked for no ketchup which one which had a no ketchup tag had ketchup on it. Our experience was a bad experience. It seems similar to the other reviews. You've been warned.

Came to store on Tuesdsay around 5:15 pm .white girl working drive thru was very rude, this is the 2nd time we have Came through when she was working and she has had bad attitude. Order was completely wrong,and she didn't give us our drinks. Please find someone else to work your drive-thru that has better attitude and can get a Order right .the car also in front of us was also cussing her out because ,we could hear them. I work as a manager in fast food and would never treat my customers like this. Thank God for the other 2 ladies that were working and made my order correct they were very nice. If the white lady is working drive thru, I will NOT come there and I will leave. I'm sure she is like this with everyone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She dosen't even say hi to customers, or Thank you,,very RUDE, she makes this Resturant look very bad .I'm sure you have lost alot of customers and business over her.

Whoever made the breakfast toaster here today is the best! Hands down the best one I've had since moving up here a year ago. Also, those tots were crisped to perfection; fast service as well. You guys are awesome!

Service is sometimes slow but it hasn’t been an issue lately, however I did notice tonight that your employees don’t wear gloves AND they dip the entire cup (ungloved) into the ice instead of scooping with a separate instrument…so gross and I can never imagine eating here again after that ?
The young fella working the drive thru... bless his lil heart, he saved this place from getting one star, he was very articulate and... chipper, I gave him a hard time about his hands being soaking wet handing me my order but he's a good worker.Now... I can't for the life of me come to a ɗecision on just how they served me the driest tots that ever existed but it must be true, they weren't burnt, they weren't old, nor stale they were positively arid, completely devoid of any trace of moisture and the potatoes they allegedly came from, they were crunchy on a level with newspapers from the great depression that have been stored buried in Rice in the middle of the Gobi desert, they didn't taste bad, but a whole packet of ketchup on each tot couldn't bring them back.I keep pretending like the place isn't dieing but it may be time for sonic to throw in the towel.

This place is so slow! It doesn't matter how far ahead I order my food, I always have to wait nearly 20 minutes. Last time I came, they let me sit outside for 25 mins thinking my food was coming. Apparently, they don't run food out when it's raining, and the employee said he would bring my food once it stopped. Obviously by the time he brought it out, my food was ice cold. I was also missing two items. Instead of letting me know, they just didn't say anything and told me if I had a problem then call the customer service #. Customer service was no help at all since they offered me a free cheeseburger instead of the $15 worth of food I actually ordered. Today, I ordered two slushes and two pretzel twists. I've been waiting over 20 minutes. I've also been told that the slush machine is down.

I'm not a fan of Sonic's food. It's very greasy. However, their drinks are always delightful. This store does have a pretty good staff. I genuinely come here just for the Cherry Limeade and because I know the service is going to be good.

The service was horrible. I was overcharged, and the person who took my order was very short with me. Very inconsiderate. This is a one and done, I'll go to the Norfolk store from now on.
