**HIDDEN GEM**Totally was not expecting this place to slap (like the kids say) but the food... amazing. Southern food served like your at a family cookout. Classic R n B was playing and Ashley and Mark were welcoming..so were some regular patrons.Kid-friendliness: My grandson is one and was crushing the tender brisket and fried green tomatoes...no highchairs so be prepared

The absolute best fried turkey wings in Virginia! I have searched high and low for fried turkey wings smothered in brown gravy, and the Lord actually heard my cry. Food is soulful and elegant, at the same dang time. The drinks actually have alcohol in it. The staff, all the way up the owner, provides great service! The Mac and cheese is not dry. Did I say the turkey wings are actually fried? And on the weekends after 9pm, it gets LIT! Club LIT! Try em out, it wont disappoint.

Walked in & walked out. Bartender was standing outside and watched us walk in, we stood standing at the bar for 15mins until she decided to walk in an ask what we wanted. By then, NOTHING!!! never again..

Attempted to here with my wife but was never greeted. We sat down at the bar and wanted for a couple minutes before a woman came from the kitchen on the phone. She never acknowledged we were there, no hi, no menu, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. The one guy sitting at the bar said she would be right with us and that never happened. After about 10 minutes of listening to the bartender talk on the phone and walk around we had enough and decided to just leave. We will not be giving this place another try.

It's OK, to hang out. Outside It's a place to smoke cigars but sometimes they are smoking something else.Bathrooms needs to be handled.Like I said not a top tier place at all.Parking: 50

Atmosphere and drinks are good...food was better BUT that bartender Lisa is a major problem. She’s rude, drinks on the job and will add charges to your ticket to steal from customers if you’re not paying attention. Especially if you’re a decent looking woman or a man not interested in her lol SMH She also has tried to fight me as well. I see from other reviews I wasn’t the only one.

Heard it's a different experience in the day and the club like experience with a DJ was not bad, but don't expect to hold a conversation. The big turn off was being told there was no drink menu or tap list. Food looks good so might go back.
