I am beyond angry with this establishment. I use to go here often and decided today imma get pizza from there. #1 I should’ve listen to my gut and left once I saw NO ONE was inside (place use to have a serious wait) #2 the presentation of my order was unacceptable. When requesting a refund I’m told with no notice around the establishment that they don’t offer refunds. (According to someone name Tylor on the phone who didn’t know she was on speaker) But it’s ok for an establishment to present a customer with the worst looking pizza I’ve ever seen. Never will I ever go to this establishment again.

We went here after a day of shopping, The food was delicious, we really loved the bread sticks, it wasn't too busy so the wait time was great, granddaughter loved the spaghetti , and chicken nuggets.

I've been a fan of NY-style pizza for quite a spell, so I was very pleasantly surprised when we paid a spontaneous visit to Spaghetti Eddie's to sample one of their pies. It was nothing short of amazing! From the crust, which had just the right shape and texture, to the toppings, which were fresh, rich, flavorful, and generously applied - they hit all the right marks. Even. The sauce is zesty, with just the right touch of kick to compliment the toppings and the crust. My friend and I were all very impressed :-) Tip: At Eddie's, they make their dough fresh every day and use fresh toppings so your pizza has the best taste possible On our first visit, the two of us shared a Deluxe Pizza Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, black olives & extra mozzarella) and order of Eddie's Lasagna. Cheesy, hearty, and satisfying, their Lasagna is made with fresh ground beef, sausage & smother in our homemade marinara & mozzarella. We both found it so enjoyable that it vanished almost as fast as the pizza ;-) The staff here provided friendly, efficient, attentive service, which enhanced our dining experience. There's no question in my mind that I haven't enjoyed NY-style pizza this good since the last time I visited the Big Apple. I'll be putting Eddie's into my permanent rotation, and I look forward to trying more of their delicious pizza and pasta. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. Employees are terrible. After the cook or whoever he was hurled some f-bombs at my wife and I we were told to leave and not come back, which is what we did and never will.Such a shame , should have known since we were the only people there on a Friday night.
I been calling for 30 minutes no one picks up the phone I eaten the plenty of time it not as good as it use to be.

I called to place an order, nobody picked up. Then I ordered online and paid, but the real intention was to dine in. When we got to the place I explained the waitress that we wanted to dine in and that if they could take orders for drinks. The waitress (red head) came back with the pizza and literally dumped it on the table and walked away, without taking orders for drinks. She was upset because of the tips (we were going to tip her, we always do). I explained another employee the situation and that we were going to tip them, the other employee apologized and said we will start all over. Then we waited another 10 min, nobody showed up. This red head girl had the worst attitute ever and gave us the worst service ever. You will be loosing customers due to employees like her. We were just trying to have some good family time after playing bowling and she messed it all up.

Food is still good but not only was I overcharged (my bill went UP) when I asked for a military discount, but was then told “sorry there’s nothing I can do” as the 2 staff members walked away. Service is HORRIBLE. It’s too bad it’s had such a decline.

No idea how they only only have 3.9 stars. This is our second visit. I have 3 kids and a wife. My food was so good that I almost broke down and cried. My heart Still aches. The people are fantastic. This is easily favorite place to eat within 50 miles. The atmosphere is simple and calm. The bar always has something appealing. I've never left a review like this

We used to patronize this place. This is the second time that my order is burnt. The first time, I let it go but today my kids were waiting for their pizza and fries all I see in their eyes were sad and upset looking at the burnt pizza. So I add more trash to my trash can. So we order another pizza and fries at the Suffolk Area.
