I don't know what kind of staff they have but they all are awful. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Pull up to the window and a boy with corn rows digging at his hair. Then the two females working the register kept rolling their eyes and kept saying things under their breath. The little one with the rose tattoo on her neck and the big ol lashes completely walked away and shut the window in our face, The other one with the weave just rolled her eyes at us then handed us our food with not one word, we actually had to ask if that was it, she just said "ya" and that was it. These people suck so badly. I used to love cookout but the people they have hired have completely ruined it. So so sad. If yall don't want to work there just go home stop making everyone else miserable too.
