Update:The tuna gave me bad diarreah. Definitely won't eat here again. Reduced my 3-star review to 2.I should preface by saying that sushi is my favorite food, and I've eaten it all over the country. The sushi at this place was a real mixed bag. Some things were done really well, and some were not. Ultimately, I won't be returning.Pros:1) The fresh salmon was delicious. It's diced up into small pieces, which I wasn't expecting, but it still tasted great. See picture.2) The fish-to-rice ratio was perfect. Not too much rice.3) The sushi rice was perfectly cooked.4) The green tea was really good and very fairly priced.5) We were seated immediately, and the restaurant is clean and decorated nicely.6) The sushi came quickly, but at a cost, because it was a little messy. It did not look attractive. See pictures.7) I asked to leave jalapeños out of a pre-mixed roll, and they made a version of the roll from scratch without jalapeños.Cons:1) The ahi tuna was super fishy, and it was ground, even in the tuna avocado roll. It was not the texture that I was looking forward to. I wasn't able to finish it, mainly because of how fishy it was.2) The prices were a bit high, even for sushi.3) The service was not very friendly and not attentive. I was never offered a drink refill or even water, and I had to catch the server three times, including to order and to pay the bill. They were a little busy, but not anything crazy.4) The sesame seeds were over-toasted, which made them override the flavors of the fish.5) As noted above, the sushi was hastily made and looked sloppy.

its so disappointing that you guys rush customers 1 hour before closing. If you guys want to close earlier please change the time your restaurant is open. this is the second time Ive been rushed before you guys have even closed.

Service and customer service are awful. Not even 1 star.Food is ok.Our server responded with one word “green bean” when asked what type of veggies are in the shrimp tempura. Not one smile.Are the employees unhappy to work here?We asked a couple of times as servers passed by our table when one of us needed a fork and another time, we needed water.The older employee just snatched the paid bill that included 18% tip - not even a “thank you” or “see you soon” on our way out. ( One of the other customers smiled and said hi on our way out.) We should’ve left less tip or nothing. Not deserved at all.

After months of experimenting looking for our new sushi spot since moving to Fairfax, excited to say we have found it. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, the menu choices diverse and the staff attentive. Bonus: the decor adds an amazing dash of zen to the whole experience.

The food was very good.. The service by the waiter was efficient. However the hostess/the one who gives you your check needs to be more friendly & approachable and not seem to be rushing by cleaning up your table and handing your check even if you didn’t ask for it & we haven’t completely finished. A little warmth would be good. I would have given a rating of 5 except for my comment above.Parking: No problem with parking
I would recommend you getting the chicken order rice they are very fresh and the fish tank is amazing. And also service is amazing and pretty good interior.Nice Workers

Our family came for the first time. The ambiance is great. It is very quiet and clean. The service is quick and professional. The cooked and sushi menu are extensive. We were greeted at the end of our meal by Yung. She kept us all laughing and smiling. I had the Box B. The beef bulgogi was delicious, the tempora was fantastic and I loved finding the mushroom soup on the menu.
