Single Burger was thinner than a regular McDonald's hamburger. A double may have brought it to the same size. Ridiculous price for what you get. It was also smothered in sauce and didn't taste that good.

I loved the bulgogi sub but my wife had a bowl and she didn't like it at all. I took a bite from the bowl and didn't like it at all. The flavor of zuchinni and coleslaw is too strong.
If you want to eat sub then go for this place otherwise don't consider for bowl.

I take responsibility for bringing families with me because I always got good food from them through uber eats. The guy who took the order at the cashier desk had no knowledge about dealing with customer. He overcharged and was extremely rude. I will never come back to this location!

It was my first visit, and I expected some guidance from the counter staff when asking about their popular meals. Unfortunately, the staff member didn’t communicate well — instead of helping me choose, he just said “everything is popular.”
He was also arguing with a customer over a $1 difference between lemonade and soda, and when the customer asked to cancel the order, he couldn’t even handle that properly.
Counter staff should know how to communicate politely and resolve small issues calmly instead of arguing. I probably would’ve been a happy customer if he had assisted me properly, but sadly this was my first and last meal here.

I went to bebop last week with my family and we tried the Bulgogi fries & the Mango Habanero wings. They were so delicious I rate them a 11/10. I would highly recommend coming here and I will for sure be returning. The staff was so friendly and respectful, especially the manager Sharaaz. This is a great place for students and families.

Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill has quickly become one of my favorite fusion restaurants in town, and their bulgogi offerings are nothing short of spectacular. As someone who appreciates both Korean and Mexican cuisines, I was intrigued by their concept but utterly blown away by the execution.
The star of the show for me is undoubtedly their bulgogi fries. This dish perfectly balances the sweet, savory notes of Korean bulgogi with the indulgent comfort of loaded Mexican-style fries. The fries themselves are crispy yet fluffy, providing the perfect canvas for what comes next. The bulgogi sauce drizzled over the top has this incredible sweetness that perfectly complements the savory beef, while the generous blanket of melted cheese adds that irresistible gooey factor that makes the dish so addictive. Each bite delivers a perfect harmony of textures and flavors – the crunch of the fries, the tender meat, and that glorious cheese pull.
Speaking of the bulgogi meat, it's clear they use high-quality steak that's marinated to perfection. The meat is tender, flavorful, and has that signature caramelized exterior that comes from proper grilling techniques. In their steak and cheese offerings, this meat truly shines. The way it melds with the melted cheese creates a protein experience that's both familiar and excitingly new.
What impresses me most about Bebop is how they've managed to respect both culinary traditions while creating something entirely new. The bulgogi maintains its authentic Korean flavor profile while seamlessly integrating with Mexican comfort food elements. It's the kind of dish that makes you wonder why no one thought of this combination sooner.
The restaurant itself has a casual, vibrant atmosphere that matches the energy of their food. Service is friendly and efficient, and they're always happy to customize orders to your preference.
If you're looking for a dining experience that will wake up your taste buds and challenge your culinary expectations, Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill is an absolute must-try. Their bulgogi creations alone are worth the visit, but I guarantee you'll be back to explore their entire innovative menu.

I was really excited to try the bulgogi options but they didn’t have any, so I opted for a carne asada quesadilla which was still very good! And my friend ordered the Korean fried chicken bowl which she also really liked. Prices match the portions. Met the owner, he was very friendly and I would definitely come back to try the other dishes.

We came here after seeing this place on Instagram, but it was a huge disappointment. At Bebop Mexican Korean Restaurant in Fairfax, we ordered a double burger, large fries, a Mexican-style chicken bowl, and two glasses of Coke. With tip, the total came to $50.
• A single glass of Coke was $8, which is outrageous.
• The fries were completely flavorless.
• The bowl was also bland and tasteless.
• The only thing somewhat decent was the burger, but even though we ordered it “double,” it was still very small.
There are plenty of other spots in the city where you can get much better halal burgers for the same price. On top of that, they charge a 4% service fee plus you’re still expected to tip.
Overall, definitely not worth it. If you haven’t tried it, you’re not missing out on anything. We won’t be coming back.
