This Chipotle location falls short on several fronts. The cleanliness standards and overall hygiene could definitely use a boost, and the placement of the restaurant could be better. Their protein choices often taste stale, almost as if they've been left out for hours (which they likely have been). Additionally, they seem to be short-staffed, so don't expect lightning-fast service when placing your order. I would not suggest eating inside of this location, I've never seen them wipe the tables in my multitude of depressing visits. If you really feel like eating mid Chipotle come here, but you are right next to so many other decent food places please reconsider your life choices.TLDR: Mid food, understaffed, hygiene leaves much to be desiredWheelchair accessibility: Located on the first floor of the Johnson center. Anything short of a truck could fit inside or make it here. Have no fears!

They would not give normal portions of protein even if we ask for it. The lady gave me 1 teaspoon of veggies and when I asked for a bit more, she rudely said sorry and moved my bowl aside. This has happened a lot of times before as well.Like seriously? You won't give me food that I am paying for? What is there in a veggie bowl if not veggies?Please improve that. I love chipotle but this has made me feel like I shouldn't even go there to ruin my mood.

My visit to Chipotle left much to be desired, warranting just one star. To begin with, finding the restaurant proved to be a daunting task, as it was tucked away amidst perplexing roads. Upon arrival, despite being only ten minutes behind schedule to collect my order, it remained unprepared, and there was a conspicuous absence of staff at the front counter. Additionally, the lack of napkins and utensils, coupled with a limited drink selection, further added to the disappointment of the experience. Overall, the combination of navigational challenges and subpar service made for an unsatisfactory dining encounter at Chipotle.

Worst Customer service ever!I used app to order the burrito bowl. It was supposed to be ready by 6:30pm. When I got there, it was not there.I tried to ask employees by saying “excuse me”. Employees looked at me then just looked away without response. Simple polite response of saying “how may I be help you” would have been suffice. After ignoring me several times, one employee just said “in two minutes” I waited until 6:50 for my order.I understand that employees can be busy, but politeness is another matter. Chipotle needs to educate employees on how to respond customers better.After I got the order, I found that the white rice was not properly prepared. Rice was sticky and with no flavor. Some portions were stick together in forms of balls.This is not how the store should serve students at GMU. Very disappointed, and I will never go to that branch in near future.

This has got to be one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. It was so unreal how salty and dry the meat was like it sat out all day, I truly it was spoiled. Of all the years of eating at chipotle it was consistently great until this day. I'm going to be steering clear of this location.

Horrible location- I always pay for double meat and every time I receive the most pitiful amount of meat you've ever seen in a chipotle bowl ( less than one scoop ). Employees act like the ingredients come out of their paychecks. This location's specialty is disappointment

The only thing I have to say is this place is a disgrace and mason has the audacity to not put taco bell..the rice straight up raw.. crunchy and they are so stingy on servings they gave you. I am mad I didn't ask for a refund that day.. I had to straight up throw out my burrito bowl. DO BETTER OR REPLACE THIS PLACE

I've ordered chipotle on the app multiple times here and countless times my order has been wrong. Especially with today my entire bowl was wrong. Wrong rice, protein, sauce, and extras. I then message the ai, and received two free drinks for compensation which doesn't equate to the loss of my meals.
