Wow. This place needs some serious quality control assist from corporate. Been to a ton of chipotles, I would think being in Fairfax this place would be run better. Food was poor quality, service mediocre, and the cleanliness really lacking.

Very bad service. I went there for a few days and they didn't give me enough food. The plate has to be full. And not half. It's not free food. You're paying for the food as workers, you have to keep in mind that very bad service.

Food was good here, but frustrated with the service. They need to train their employees on their rewards program. They have a big sign pushing you to sign up for their rewards program and get free guac. So I signed up while waiting in short line and order two meals, including guac. They scan the QR code that popped up when I signed up, but the guac doesn't come off the bill. He says I haven't earned enough rewards or bought enough. I point to the sign that says "New rewards members get guac on us instantly. $5 purchase min." We spent $30. Upon further inspection, there was a separate QR code that I needed to scan, which is confusing since the text with the QR code that showed up when I registered says "One scan to use rewards and earn points" If he didn't know, he should have called a manager out, but he just didn't care.

I've always liked Chipotle ever since high school. It's in a good location for when you're passing through. The bathroom here has a keypad password so if you're in a rush because of a Chipotle food baby, be sure to ask the employees what the code is so you can deliver the baby with a slam dunk.

Wrapped burrito incorrectly and then the staff refused to correct the mistake because the food had been bitten in to. Food is basically falling out and the shell was used more as a container than a vessel. Horrible staff.

I keep going back thinking my bad experience was just an anomaly but it's been too many times that they are out of ingredients--perpetually out of guacamole if you come later in the day. The portions are always inconsistent and small. They fill the ladle halfway. Unsure what is happening at this location. I wish they'd get it together.
