This Chipotle has gone seriously downhill. We picked up food to go on Friday 1/12 around 5pm. The server was not remotely friendly. The restaurant wasn’t busy but the counters were filthy - food bits covering every surface and the cook appeared to be busy plunging a clog in the sink rather than making food. A lot of things were empty but rather than fill them the server scraped the leftover bits off the bottom of the containers and moved on. The guac was an odd pale color. I asked for a little sour cream and I got an industrial sized portion that completely submerged the tiny amount of meat and veggies I received. As I walked out with my $11 sour cream soup I was already disappointed in my dinner and wishing I had gone elsewhere.

the workspace on the line was messy, i waited ~5 mins for a mobile order that was already prepared and sitting next to the register waiting to be bagged and it’s not correct. for 2:30pm, there needs to be more than one person on the line.

I came in here recently for a late lunch/early dinner while waiting for a movie to start at the Fairfax Cinemark theater. I got a beef burrito bowl with a wheat tortilla shell, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, American cheese, and salsa sauce. I also got a bag of tortilla chips and some sparkling water. The total was about $19.00. The service was quick and friendly, and the ingredients were fresh for the most part. The chips should have been crispier, they were slightly stale. OK for a quick meal.

Employees were incompetent. I asked for a keto bowl and she told me she did not know the recipe, which on it's own would've been fine. Even though I've never had the keto bowl because I don't go to chipotle often, I told her all the correct ingredients and at the end she charged me for a BEEF BOWL with extra guacamole, on top of that she gave me small portions of everything. I didn't go back to the counter since I wasn't gonna fight over it. What's really funny is my girlfriend had a MASSIVE burrito filled with guacamole, chicken AND steak, cheese, pico de Gallo, lettuce and a vinaigrette (no rice or beans) for a measly 12 BUCKS vs my 16 bucks, since they only charged her for a plain chicken burrito with guacamole.

Probably the last well-trained Chipotle. Came in here after a long day at work and they were polite, fast, and generous with the servings. I was starting to lose faith in Chipotle but I’m gonna go to this one from now on.

As a muslim woman wearing hijab, I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable in this establishment. Both employees and patrons did not have kind energy. I felt like I had something in my teeth. C'mon guys it's 2023, stop projecting your entitlement onto strangers. I just want a burrito.
I only ask for 3 things rice hotsalsa and chicken ..onions was put in my order and I don't eat

VERY RUDE! Went in at 9:25 Thursday october 19 FOR THE MANGER TO KNOW! the lady there on the line who attended me looked more dead then alive very unprofessional wasn't listening to what i was saying asked politely if i could get my burrito mixed and no hesitation what so ever when i do it ALL the time said im sorry LATTERLY after rolling and packing the burrito WOW!

If you love to wait for 40 minutes for no reason and ordered around by employees to be wait by hearing "WAIT!" This is the place! No one is trained to greet, serve, or prepare food.

Horrible service. Pickup confirmed for 8:20pm. Arrived at 8:25pm. Had to wait another 10 mins to get my order. Also, the person preparing food seems to have zero knowledge of English as she constantly was speaking Spanish with another employee. Asked several times for a feedback on my order and she did not even bothered answering my question and acted like she does not hear me even thought I stood in front of her. The worst chipotle experience so far.
