Terrible experience staff is rude act like they don’t want to work barely wanna put anything in the bowl then when they didn’t have salad dressing in the middle of the day, I don’t want the bowl anymore and the cashiers gonna give me a dirty look why would I want something when I had to beg for everything that I got on my bowl because you guys barely wanted to even put stuff on my bowl and now you don’t even have the salad dressing and this is not the first time it’s always something with this chipotle

NEEDS CORPORATE ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY: this is absolutely the worth chipotle in the entire area. Their kitchen manager is very rude. Black older gentleman - and all of the staff is very rude. They don’t even say hi when you show up. They give you small portions, smaller than the 4 ounces that I know they are supposed to give because I used to be a KM. they charge you extra for sides of salsa or sour cream even tho they are NOT C7 and will be thrown out. And even if you wanted them originally in your bowl or burrito. I went last night and I wanted sour cream in my burrito, but the manager said it couldn’t fit. So he put it on the side. He then proceeded to tell the cashier to charge me for the side, even though I wanted it in my burrito? That is just such a stingy thing to do. Like YOU are the one that could not fit it in my burrito. Don’t charge me, due to your lack of burrito rolling skills . I hate the way that Chipotle has not been empowering their employees to have good customer service, or care about the people they serve. They really should do better because they are losing tons and tons of loyal customers, do to the crummy attitude of everyone working in this place . Oh ok top of that, even tho they close at 11, the cashier yelled at us to tell us they’re dining room closed at 10 even BEFORE we paid . Ridiculous.

SO GOOD. The rice is delicious and it's very filling. Probably the best rice I've ever had at a chipotle. They never run out of soda and everything is very clean and good and the workers are nice and don't mess up and they work fats and efficient.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options but also plenty of meat options. This man who was taking our order refilled the white rice, but just carelessly dropped the container in the slot and let the rice fly onto the counter and he just swiped it back into the container of rice, which is so unsanitary. He then rolled his eyes and shook his head multiple times because we asked for three bowls, and only one of them had beans as if the combination of rice, meat, and beans was too difficult for him to do. As if scooping the food was too difficult for him to do. We were being very nice and patient too, but his attitude was so unnecessary.

I spoke up about it and got so much attitude. What’s the point in paying extra for convenience just to not receive it? Got home to eat my food to only realize my chips were stale. First and last time at this location. It’s close to my house but I’m better off driving 15 minutes to another location!

Chipotle is my life...however I fear this franchise does not live up to its name.The steak in my burrito bowl was unacceptably dry, leading me to believe it had been sitting out far far too long.Everything else about this fine establishment seems on point with other Chipotle restaurants.My comments have already been shared via the online survey printed on the back of the receipt.I hope to visit this Chipotle in the near future, however I will be sure to check the meat quality more thoroughly prior to ordering a delicious burrito bowl. ?In Chipotle we trust.

It's the worst Chipotle I've ever been. The employees are very slow to take orders. The man who cuts the meat eats pieces of while he cuts. That is not acceptable, and he knows that.All the lettuce and Pico de Gallo were old saggy and had a taste of getting decomposed. The bathroom was dirty, and so was the kitchen floor.Parking: There's garage parking, but you need to walk.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access the restaurant door, if you can find parking across the building.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ve always come to this chipotle since it’s opened and have never experienced this type of service. Every single time I’ve come and asked for a cup of red chili sauce with my order. The lady upfront was scrapping the sides of the container to try and get a portion out instead of getting a new container of the sauce. I asked for more sauce and the man next to her lifts up the cup to tell me that’s the portion they give out when in the past years I’ve always come here they fill the WHOLE CUP up. $1.50 cents for not even half a cup filled is crazy. I will never return to this chipotle ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
