Original baker had an error on a cake for a 65th birthday. I went to Fran’s the same day they corrected the entire image and reprinted it so I could fix it!! They were so kind and cared that this was a special event for my boyfriend’s mom. Very attentive to detail, went over dimensions with me, and was able to print the image RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! Exceptional service!

Management would not work with me to refund an admission fee for the holiday reindeer cake decorating class ($209.93) due to their strict cancellation policy. I was unable to attend due to a respiratory illness (COVID-19). Management was so rigid that they would have rather I attend the class than refund my admission fee. I asked for store credit but that was a “No” as well.
I was planned on attending a Fresh evergreen class at the Merrifield garden center following the cake decorating class and Merrifield was able to refund my admission fee. They were cordial and thanked me for my business.
Seems like Fran’s does not value their customers.
