Came here after seeing it on Instagram. Date night. Ordered Vietnamese BBQ and Taro fries and husband got what our server called their signature dish. I was given Steak and Eggs. I would not ever order steak and eggs at a restaurant as the combo doesn't appeal to me so I don't understand how this was confused with what I did order which was the BBQ. The server insisted I ordered this as that's why she asked me if I wanted bread. I should have just left since it was clear I wasn't being heard. I most certainly did not order this. How was I supposed to know that bread wasn't just something for the table? Food comes and husbands looks great. Mine did not. The eggs were crispy on the bottom but strings of very undercooked whites on top and swimming in grease. The "steak" was a very thin piece of meat that was so peppery it was not pleasant to eat at all. For $29. Our order of taro fries was forgotten but eventually brought out. They were ok. It's like she completely ignored everything I said and I see I'm not the first person that has happened to. I guess I'm too nice to say anything but I should have. I won't come back.

Honestly this place is like a hidden gem. Great food and ambience and our hostess was very helpful and knowledgeable. The vibe was chill and surprisingly good taste in music for a restaurant. Will make sure to come back here again soon.

The food was okay but bland. They were very short staffed and busy so the service was very slow but they were all nice. The portions were good sizes.

The food was good! The server checked up on us multiple times. The interior was enjoyable. No complaints from me.

I ordered takeout. Got the summer rolls with pork, which had a very overpowering burnt taste. My husband got the pork bahn mi, which he said was fine but he wouldn’t order again. I got Kim’s Pho and was given the option to select no onion and no cilantro, but didn’t because I like both. I wish I had selected no cilantro and no onion. The whole thing was absolutely covered in cilantro and green onions. It was overwhelming. I ended up scooping them out so I could get to the broth, which was tasty. Next time I will know to opt out, or ask for them on the side. Also, can’t say I am a fan of the prices, $20 is a lot, and I have had better tasting pho for less.

We were not given cutlery until after our food was delivered to the table and then we had to ask for it. My husband ordered the Vietnamese steak which was on the table when we asked for the cutlery, but when the waiter brought the cutlery, there was no knife and we had to ask for a knife. When it was time to pay for our meal, the hostess took our credit card and then forgot about us. We had to hunt her down to get our credit card returned. Food was tasty but not incredible.

The interior was very cute, and service was nice. There are a lot of plants along the glass which I appreciated. The pho was pretty average, though it was great for a rainy day, which is when we went. I ordered the beef pho while my friend had Kim's pho. They were quite standard, though the portion sizes were a bit smaller than other local restaurants. I will say the pricing is on the expensive side for pho ($16 for mine, $20 for my friend's). I wouldn't drive farther than my local pho place for this, but it was a good midpoint, so if you're looking for nice, standard pho, this is a good place:)

I'm from Cali LA/OC. This is the best pho I've had since moving here. Word of advice when going to any asian restaurant... PREPARE to ask for everything you need when you're ready to order cause you'll just agitate yourself trying to get american fine diner service.Combo pho or whichever has everythingRare steak on the side (use limes to cook)Sprouts blanched to keep soup hotExtra jalapeño and limesChili oil and chili pasteGet over yourself and get with the culture.WE order in one breath. You do the same. Respect the culture.

This is a hidden gem and I definitely will recommend this for and intimate evening spot with friends or significant other. The food was amazing flavor that I haven't experienced before so I can't wait to return and try another dish on the menu.

I want to start this off by saying I try my best not to write negative reviews because I know the impact it has on restaurants but the experience & service I received this past Sunday at Kim's Pho was unacceptable. Overall, the service was really slow even though the restaurant was not busy at the time, items that we ordered came out incomplete, and we asked for specific things it would take forever for our waiter or the individuals that helped the waiter to come back. When they would come back, they would state, "oh we forgot about it"and then again take forever to get us the items we asked for. I want to highlight two incidents that happened that I hope that members of the restaurant can learn from going forward. There was a point in time where one of the owners (I believe they were one of the owners) of the restaurant came to take our orders because our waiter was at another table and we had four members in our party. She goes around and asks each member what they would like for an appetizer, and they would answer, and when it came time for me to answer which appetizer I would like, she completely ignored me and walked away as if I wasn't eating at the restaurant. I didn't think much of it because I thought maybe she thinks I don't want anything. I grabbed her attention as she was walking away and asked her if I can order an avocado smoothie, instead of an appetizer (I did not in fact ever receive the avocado smoothie). We did receive all of our food otherwise, I do want to say that the food that did come tasted great. At the end of our meal when we went up to pay for our food, one of the members of my party went up before I did to pay her portion of the meal and the same lady that had originally take our appetizers apologized profusely to her about forgetting her drink, I spoke up and told her I was the one that did not receive their drink. She then dismissed me and didn't acknowledge that I had stated that my drink was missing and continued to talk to my friend that was in front of me and ask if she wanted her avocado smoothie remade, even though it wasn't her's. Once my friend had paid, and it was my turn to pay for my meal, it seemed as though she was irritated that I had stepped up to the cash register, and did not even ask me what I had ordered and she refused to look at me, just kinda tossed the receipt at me, and I signed tipped (which I wish I hadn't, but I always leave tip regardless of service it will just be a low one) She did not ask me whether or not, I wanted my drink remade or acknowledge the fact that I was missing part of my meal that I had ordered (she did in fact remove that part of the meal, but to not even ask if I still wanted one was a huge disappointment for me.) I would like to say that I will no longer be dining at this restaurant given the experience that I received last Sunday. I'm not asking for anything, I just hope that going forward the staff treat everybody with respect and acknowledge everybody's presence.

I have been going to this place for years now and just recently they updated their menu. They have added some amazing new dishes such as the Grilled Shrimp over Vermicelli. Even with the current covid situation, they have done a great job at making you feel safe with the new outdoor seating. Not to mention, their Pho is still the BEST that I have had.Highly highly recommend!

Would’ve given this place a five star if it weren’t for the understaffment. This place got a lot of potential tho.

I randomly found this restaurant in the area yesterday so deciding to try it with so much excitement. I won’t mention how the food is because everyone’s taste is different and my order wasn’t quite right so I couldn’t fully enjoy. There was only 1 server working. She was so confident to take the order by remembering without writing it down. We ordered 3 items and 2 of them were messed up. She superficially apologized and left, didn’t even offer any fix. I wouldn’t ask for exchange or anything anyway, but it should be a part of customer service, shouldn’t it? A word sometimes can make a difference. The food is 5 out of 10 for me, but the restaurant is nice decorating. Definitely need a better management and services!

The interior design is beautiful. I'll give it that. I love the amount of fresh plants and decor. Price wise, you are definitely paying for more than the amount you are getting. Their Viet Coffee was good but I didn't like how it was in a take out cup. Coffee was $7. In photos it was presented very well in a glass cup. We received a take out cup even though we were dining in. Customer service was not it. Never checked up on until the bill and there was no one around. Saw one worker and they were just eating and getting up from time to time to work. My bf and I both got rice dishes and each was $18. The meat was grilled nicely and it tasted good but the dish was just felt empty. Also the food here is like modernized versions of the traditional dishes. It wasn't different it was basically just missing items placed on a nice dish to make it look fancy. We also ordered a summer roll but they forgot about it but still charged us. They basically said why didn't you say anything in the beginning. They just changed our bill price. You would expect them to still service us since it was their mistake. I would not go here again. It's a place where you want to go since it looks pretty in photos. I would rather go to a smaller business viet restaurant since you get more for what you are paying and still have a good dinner. Would no come here again
