I really really want this place to do well because I love hotpot and the food here is good. Sure, most of the hotpot ingredients is already pre cooked but it makes the process much faster. I love their lunch deal. Honestly, it's the perfect amount of food for a reasonable price. Why the missing star? I love checking out new restaurants in the area and soup sounded perfect on a rainy Sunday evening. My friend and I were warmly greeted and quickly seated. There was no wait :) The service was great and so was the prices. We were pleasantly surprised that they had happy hour specials on a Sunday evening! Came here on a Saturday night with my husband and cousin. It took about 2 minutes to be noticed and then took about 10-15 minutes to get seated. They needed to clean off tables from customers that already left. After getting seated, we were given menus and we had to wait about 25 minutes to be able to order drinks and food.
