We have been going here for years — my kid is 17 now. Staff has been very polite and professional to us the entire time. I came here to check hours and was surprised to see the negative reviews because we’ve had nothing but positive interactions here.

5 stars for Dr. Han and the team at PDC in fairfax. They went above and beyond to get my child care, even on short notice. The kindness and compassion displayed by Dr. Han and the nursing staff were truly remarkable and instantly put my and my child's worries at ease.Not only did they manage to fit us into their schedule urgently, but they also conducted a thorough examination, revising inaccuracies from a previous dentist which suggested heavy dental work.Our daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit, thanks to the warm and child-friendly environment created by the staff. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt he was knowledgeable and had confidence in his treatment.Overall, our experience with Dr. Han was exceptional. Triple points because Dr. Han takes dental insurance, which is not always easy to find these days. Thank you, Dr. Han and team. You've provided excellent care and made a lasting positive impression on our family, and we'll be sure to recommend you to everyone we know!

This dental office is terrible, very aggressive and short with patients. I took my child there and they spent such little time with him, then immediately recommended that we use the anesthesia for his treatment without even attempting to do the cavities fillings without. I did not feel comfortable moving forward with the recommendation treatment so we went to a different place where the dentist took her time and very gently with him. He was able to get the filling done without any medication. My son is currently 3.5 yrs old. Good luck and do your research before coming here.

While the dentists are great, I don't find the conversations I have with the receptionist pleasant at all. Whoever was on the call, she was extremely rude and sounded annoyed at my question asking for an appointment availability. Immediately regretted calling and now thinking about even canceling the appointment and switching to a different dental office. So disappointing and unprofessional.

Hi just want to share my experience with Dr John han my daughter had an appointment today with Dr Jonh han he are going to remove her teeth but when he told my daughter to open her mouth my daughter put her hand in her mouth when Mr han saw that he said of a bad attitude said give them another appointment at the firt attempt he send as home i think he dont have patience that is why i gave him one start...

The dentist and dental assistants are very patient, caring and supportive. My child has sensory sensitivities. Trips to the dentist are challenging, but PDC has made it a lot easier. I highly recommend PDC!

I brought my son here for a cavity fill, my son is usually nervous at the dentist so I was worried he wouldn’t let the dentist do the fill in. The dentist and dental assistant were both extremely patient with my son and did am awesome job. We had a great experience, would definitely come back and recommend.
LOVE the staff.We have been with them for many years. They always make sure that all three of my kids are scheduled together for convenience. I love the appointment reminders that I receive, including the personal call received the day before.Some “LIFE” instances has caused me to be late or have to reschedule. The staff is very flexible and usually gets us taken care of!! My kids are aging out so we are down to 2 for another year, then 1. I’ll miss them when it’s over.Thanks for all you do!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. My daughter came in because I suspected she had a cavity. The dental assistant Ms. Nikki calmed my daughter down so that they could explain to her the options we had to treat her cavities. From the front desk staff to the dental team and especially Dr. Han I thank everyone for their patience and amazing people skills. We have found our home office.

I should of read the reviews before I made an appointment. I’m not going back and made an appointment with same Dr but when I arrived Dr. Associate diagnosis my child and x-rays never got to refer Dr so I am facing financial loss. Front office work ethic’s are unimaginably low.

My grand kids wnet there yesterday saw some kind of altercation at the front dsek. Its bad enough with everything esle going on in the world when did going to a detnist become such a hassle???. I learned a long time ago its best to avoid these places. Treat your cutsomers better and show some bedside manners for godsake
