Only go to this location if you have no choice. This specific Popeyes location has been more a miss than a hit where their chicken sizes are so inconsistent. Always gives smaller chicken sizes than any Popeyes locations I have ever visited. Also it looks like they tried to refried leftovers from earlier services. Service seems fine but now trying to go elsewhere.

Ordered 20 piece dinner meal .. Half were dry wings as well as the rest .. was not juicy as I am a customer and will say worst chicken ever .. it may have been old because it didn’t take long to prepare and send out !!

This store is fine if you go in person but beware ordering food from here on a food delivery app like Uber eats or doordash. I've had several drivers cancel on me because of problems with this store. This store should not be doing delivery apps at all if it can't even fulfill
It seemed like all the chicken, regardless of the sauce flavor ordered, is overwhelmed with excessive pepper and spicy powder, making every taste too spicy and unappetizing.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I've had numerous bad experiences with managers who refuse to be helpful. Ive contacted customer service about my issues with no success. If you resemble someone of spanish culture you will get VIP service. I hope that changes can be made to make sure customers are treated with respect despite the color of your skin. I refuse to support this location.
Very unpleasant with the visit to this location of Popeyes. I got the 12 PC box mean for my family and we asked for ketchup and only got 4 packsAfter I went and asked for more I was treated with a really bad attitude from staff and manager. They also told me that I had to pay for 8 packs of ketchup and I was told by employees that it wasn't them but it was the manager in charge that was making them charge .So I decided to take it home so my daughters could have ketchup.I feel that it was ridiculous that I we spent 60.23 $ and we were getting charged for 8 packs of ketchup.
