Sooooooo good! The Lamb shank and Mandi were so yummy. The soups were good as well. Lots of space for the birthday party we threw there

Had a great experience the other night at th Ramadan Special Iftar Buffet hosted by Jerusalem Mediterranean Restaurant. The buffet began promptly at sundaown and there were just so many dishes to try! Highlighting the meal was the whole roasted lamb, and the Koshari. Delicious! The lamb was a tender slow-roasted perfection, where even the lamb belly was a melty collagen experience. Like a good pot-roast, but better and with lamb. The Koshari was something I had never tried and was a flavorful spicy mix of rice, macaroni eggplant and spices. I can imagine it to be a good comfort food. My wife raved about the Roasted Eggplant with Walnut and enjoyed the chicken soup, and fried tilapia. The Chocolate Baklava and Om Ali were a sweet ending to the meal. I like the rice pudding too! The Iftar Buffet is a good showcase try out many of their fine dishes. One of my co-workers told me he had an event catered from here as well. He had a whole roasted lamb that served his family and guests for a reasonable price. VIDEO:

Iftar was a total disappointment. Food items were mediocre. Long queue for buffet as they won’t allow you take food before Iftar as a result people at the back of the line did not get food for 40 minutes or more. On the phone they said that price was $29.99 but they charged $140 for 3 people . There was literally no service, there was only one bottle of water per table - no one came and offered more water and they yet charged service charge. Normally restaurants charge fixed service charge for party of 6 people or more . What could be worse than ripping off people in Ramadan Shame on you!

This is always a pleasant experience. For starters, there’s enough free parking by the restaurant to not have any concerns. The service is always warm, welcoming, and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable, casual, and yet semi-upscale. The food is always very good. This time I tried the fatteh chicken, which I’ve never had before. Very good.Fantastic food and service. The place and servers were very welcoming. The flavors of the food sealed the deal for me to come back again.A strong recommendation is the chicken kasba, chicken schwarma, baba ganoush, and musakhan (chicken roll).

Just went there for Iftar Buffet. Excellent food and service and very friendly staff. Love the art work on the walls.
My wife and I recently dined at Jerusalem Restaurant in Fairfax County VA, and it was truly a delightful experience. The warm ambiance and welcoming staff set the perfect tone for an enjoyable evening. The menu offered a fantastic array of authentic Middle Eastern dishes that were not only flavorful but also beautifully presented. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful preparation were evident in every bite. The service was impeccable, and the staff's attentiveness added to the overall positive dining experience. Jerusalem Restaurant is a gem for those seeking delicious Middle Eastern cuisine in a cozy and inviting setting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
