McDonald's is way overpriced, I can get a real meal, for what their food costs!
I remember a time when this was a good location.
Your drive through service is terrible. If you are taking my money at the drive through, and you make a mistake, it is unacceptable to refuse to fix it without me parking (your parking lot is terrible) and coming in to speak with your manager.
Sounds like a manager who sits in an office and lets the team do their job for them. You have 2 windows and the registers are all within view of them.
You want to keep your drive thru times down. I get it. But if your team can't get your customers orders right you don't have the liberty to ignore what's happening outside your office door.
If you're thinking about eating here, go to any of the other McDonald's within 2 miles instead.

Worst place don’t come here supposedly they don’t give soda refills. Every McDonald’s gives refills to their customers and yesterday when I came here I asked for a refill since there is no machine in the seating area to pour it out ourselves. The Hispanic man who spoke to me said in a rude tone that they don’t give out refills, I stated that every McDonald’s does and he said in a rude Spanish tone but translating to English “they give refills but in this McDonald’s we don’t.” These people are LAZY.

Whenever I come by in the early morning, their system is faulty and they say you'll be back in 30 minutes. You order online to go and find that.
Ordered a large spicey mccrispy meal but the fries they gave me after I left were a small fry in a large fries container. I'm so angry then they forgot to add a hot spicy mcchicken but still charge me $15.76. I'm NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! No my apologies. Avoid this location. The management is extremely poor. I didn't eat the fries I literally just parked my car and noticed there's a few fries in a paid large fries container.

One star for the food being okay, but everything else was a mess. The server had no idea what was on the menu, didn’t bring our drinks until halfway through the meal, and was on their phone while we were clearly trying to ask for the check. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order through the mobile app using a valid coupon I had used multiple times before. When I arrived, the cashier—a young Spanish boy—told me the coupon wasn’t accepted and spoke to me in a rude, condescending tone. When I asked to speak with a manager, he sarcastically said “no” and started laughing. I told him I’d come inside to speak to the manager, and he mockingly told me to “go ahead.”
When I finally spoke to the manager, she did nothing to correct the employee’s behavior or address the issue. I asked for a refund, and they took my credit card to the back, despite me repeatedly asking them not to. I was so uncomfortable with how sketchy and unprofessional the whole situation was that I had to cancel my card immediately afterward.
To make matters worse, this location consistently has homeless individuals loitering around the drive-thru at all hours, which feels unsafe and unmonitored. It’s clear this store has little regard for customer service or basic safety. I will never return to this McDonald’s again.

This is a must go for ice cream they have the most reliable ice cream machines and the food is like any other McDonald's and fast waiting time during drive through and dining in
They always do the same, they make you wait in the driver thru line and then tell you that their system is broken.
They recently changed management (I think) so they should be doing better, cause the one before was a disaster. All dirty place and⁶ had a nasty attitude.
