Multiple items on the menu were unavailable. We were served entrees with missing ingredients and parts of our order were missing. The food we did receive was just OK. The wait staff seemed confused and poorly trained. There was no Manager at the restaurant to talk with.

Great pasta, good bread olive oil and wine. The pasta is homemade and the dishes are great quality. Go early before the kitchen is jammed: We arrived at 7pm and got our pasta at 8:15 😳

Seizing Cafe has been around for a long time, so it's hard to write anything bad about this restaurant but I will say it does need a remodeling or a face-lift. Staff was literally but then again it was wednesday night. My wife and I actually enjoyed our food. I had eggplant with ricardo cheese and noodles and asked for meatballs. Very good and hot. My wife had the tagliatelle with wild boar ragu. Their special. Delicious. No complaints from us. We did see where someone did gave them a bad review. Crap happens to everyone. It was a good night for us.

This place used to be great. Went for the first time in years and it has really gone down hill. The place was empty at 6 on a Saturday. Our bread was served on a dirty napkin with brown stains. My glass of wine was awful and as I got to the bottom there were 4 dead bugs in my wine. The pasta tasted store bought compared the great fresh pasta I remember from years ago. We left after barely touching our food. I won't be back again.

We were negatively greeted as a party of 6 without a reservation, g given a table next to a control for a lift which my niece had to maneuver all night. Oddly enough the restaurant did not seem that full because we were there early. The hostess was a little snarky. Service was good. Food was Excellent which saved the family evening. We were in town for a funeral and could have used some consideration. Food Excellent
Food is plain. Who goes to an Italian restaurant and Parmesan cheeses is not offered to top on food ? Waitress had an attitude about splitting the checks I didn’t know a group of 6 people is considered large. A 22% surcharge was passed on when the service was awful. The waitress didn’t even check on our table once . The restaurant had only one table occupied. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Will NEVER, EVER set foot in that place again. I don't care how good their food may be. Just went there, by myself, to have early dinner. The place was empty; not one customer. I had an idea where I wanted to sit, but the only employee in sight, a very rude man, wanted to force me to sit at a 2-person table. I can understand that rule -not the rudeness- had the restaurant been filled to, let's say half capacity, but with the place totally empty it made no sense. Additionally, the employee was very rude. Like I said, NEVER again!

The ambience and atmosphere is great, as it definitely makes you think you've left Falls Church for a moment and entered a sort of villa. The service was fantastic and I will absolutely recommend this place to many!
