I placed an order through the app and when I got home my McRib was literally just two pieces of bread and sauce! It’s impossible to call them because it just goes straight to voicemail. Im not driving all the way back up there from Hartwood. Freaking ridiculous. They always get our order wrong but usually manage to at least have the actual meat on the bun.

I have a video that I would like to share with upper management. First off I had to wait to place my order every single time I come there which isn’t often because of the service. I drive around to window and I sit and wait and wait some more. Finally the nice young African American man did take my order . He asked me to pull forward again since I had already waited more then ten mins I said I’d wait where I was. The manager as she identified her self heavy set white girl yelled at me and told me move now. Of course I said no after o asked her who she was talking to! She began yelling at me so I returned the favor. I asked for my money back because at this point I didn’t want the food. She said she didn’t have my order but it literally takes 3:45 to cook fries and about 2 mins for reg meat. So I couldn’t understand why she didn’t have my food. When I asked for my money she had the audacity to tell me to come back tomorrow to get it. For about five mins this went on the young African American girl said can you just give her her money back. Because that manager continued to yell at me the employee closed the window. The lack of professionalism at this establishment floors me. I will never die any reason spend my money at McDonald’s I don’t care who owns that store. This was the worst most disgusting visit I have ever had. I’m 28 weeks pregnant attempting to get food for my husband. She refused to give me money over 5 times. I made a video so when she denies it I could show whoever needs to see this
