We thoroughly enjoyed our food. We stopped around late lunch time. The food was nice and hot. We had fried chicken, chicken nuggets, french fries, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits and coleslaw. Very good. The employees were all very nice. We even got a senior discount which almost wiped out the VA state tax, almost. We will definitely stop here again when traveling through this area.

It seems like every time I visit this location the staff have a horrible sense of what customer service is. Whether it’s in the drive through and dine in, I always leave with a feeling that I have wasted my money, time and a little bit of my humanity by just interacting with the staff.

The drive through always has someone cutting you off before you can finish what your saying, rushing to get through you the line, and giving the impression that they don’t need my business by returning rude remarks when trying to verify an order or just talking in general.

I understand the fast pace of the fast food industry as I have worked as a manager myself, and having never once come across, as a whole, a location that has such rude and disrespectful employees and managers.

The dine in is even worse as the employees treat their position as though it’s voluntary work and you’re interrupting their me time by trying to place an order, and sit there looking at you, and I’ve timed it, nearly three minutes before they can even acknowledge that you’re at the counter. Once they have addressed you the conversation has always been mortifying, rushed, nerve wracking, and something is always missing from the order.

I can honestly say I loathe this location and only visit it because we live in middle of nowhere and my granddaughter loves the food, otherwise I would welcome the closure with arms wide open.

How do you specialize in chicken and dont have any chicken ready and then you won't substitute. No others words are needed. Then no biscuits ready. Waited over an hour. This KFC sucks and I will not be back.

Drive thru is terrible, took 5 minutes to even let me pay for the food, then out of the 3 cars in the drive thru, me and another car were made to wait an additional 10 minutes.
I had 3 items in my order...ridiculous

I haven't eaten at KFC in forever.
The prices are outrageous ?, the pieces are so much smaller.
It still taists great, with a 12 bucket meal and 2 drinks it was over $40!
I chose to stay n order because I figured it'll be another 10 or more years before I'd eat at a KFC again.

If i could leave a zero, i would . I’m not sure of the store number but my experience was horrible. I used to work in fast food, so i try my best to not be rude or too critical. However , i asked for extra crispy, i received three pieces of
original. The chicken was so small and dry. The batter was halfway cooked and it had mush underneath the skin of all three pieces . The chicken had zero flavor and was partially cold. I honestly would’ve suffered through it just being original if it were hot & cooked properly. Also, the after taste of the chicken was unbearable . please CHANGE your grease! Even the biscuit was cold and dry. They didn’t even try. This was by far the most disgusting fast food i’ve ever had in my 29 years of living. I had to leave a review because this was completely unacceptable.

I called them at 10 o’clock to make sure that they were serving both KFC and Taco Bell. The person that answered the phone today had a bad attitude almost from the very beginning. She acted like I was crazy for asking that question and told me she had been on the headset since 8 AM and just started with a very bad attitude. She told me basically that I was a liar, and that they had always sold KFC and Taco Bell, and that nobody there had ever told me that they were only serving one thing. She literally called me a liar. The first thing out of my mouth was that six months ago I came through there and somebody told me they were only serving Taco Bell Instead of KFC. She starts telling me about how it is a new company and she has no idea about six months ago. Well, if she was listening to me, that was one of the very first thing that I said, literally almost the very first sentence was that six months ago I came through there and somebody told me that. If it is a new company, then their new company sucks also and they have a very bad attitude first thing on a Sunday morning coming out of Customer like that and I was simply asking a simple question. It’s obvious she hates her job. I want to show respect to every single person on this planet unless they give me a reason not to, but she came at me with disrespect First immediately before I had even said anything with the way she said even hello. I understand we all get stressed out but this is not the way to talk to customers.

The cashier didn’t even acknowledged I was there. Wanted to make sure I picked up the right food. Had to guess out of the orders up there. Didn’t give me straws or the sauce I ordered. Terrible experience and I will never be coming back Also my food was cold and soggy.

They have helped us several times with ordering large amounts of chicken for church gatherings. I have been very impressed with there knowledgeable assistance, patience and friendliness. The manager and assistant manager are awesome!

Ordered my food through the drive thru. Messed up my mashed potatoes because I told them no gravy. Also the chicken was “fresh” but it was dark. While eating it I had a bitter after taste in my mouth…CHANGE YOUR GREASE!!!!!!
