Got the fish and beef combo...Bread on the fish sandwich was dry and fell apart..Beef on the beef sandwich was not warm...Would i stop at this arbys again...probably not...The arbys in Mechanicsville ..YES!

Ugh ... usually good food, tonight my roast beef sandwich was awful. The roast beef was cut very thick.. there were 3 very thick pieces of meat on the classic sandwich.. I couldn't even eat it . Do better Cosner Corner Arby's!!*** District Manager called me right away to make things right. I was very impressed with that... I'm sure this was a one time problem and look forward to visiting again.

Burger was raw.. show the manager she said that is med well..then she said medium..and that it was at the temp that was given by her company. That was after they tried to give us wrong order twice. And still did not get the burger assembled correctly. Roastbeef sandwich was cold..workers were very loud...joking and unprofessional

It's been a while since I have been to this location. I think I remember why. I can never get the app to work with their location...not for deals anyway. If you want to just order regular price, it works fine. Maybe it is just me??‍♂️ No one was really attentive with regard to customer service. The manager and half the staff were talking about their schedule while customers are at the counter waiting for food...even carried on a conversation while attempting to take my order. It took almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich and fries, and there was only one other person in the store and perhaps two people in the drive thru. I watched food get dropped from the fryer, acknowledgement of the food dropped...and no one picked it up...finally, the guy who was working the drive thru walked by the counter, that I had been standing at for 17 minutes, asked what I was waiting for....I replied, and he got me my food within 2 minutes. He was stellar. Had he been the initial person I interacted with, service would be 5 star. Food was ok. My sandwich was literally SMOTHERED with cheese sauce...like when I unwrapped it, it was everywhere. All over the top and bottom of the bun, it was impossible to eat with out having cheese all over my hands and face with each bite. Curly fries were at least warm still. Probably skip on over to Cook Out from now on when I am in the area....this was around 5:00pm on a Wednesday ,so maybe the lunch shift is better...or another day perhaps.

EDIT: The store manager of this establishment changed my original review. Food has increased in stars - the Gyro was AMAZING and I was throughly surprised by the Peach Tea. He went out of his way to make up for the poor experience and I'm happy to say we will be back.My husband was craving a beef and cheddar so I pulled into Arby's to get one for him. I personally do not like Arby's but it's his favorite so here we go. Ordered, waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes with two cars in front of me. When I got home, the sandwich was WRONG. I live 25 minutes from Arby's. I verified on the receipt that I didn't order the wrong item and I didn't. So disappointing for spending almost $15 on a meal for it to be the wrong sandwich.

wow! I recognize it when people care about, cleanliness, timeliness, and hospitality. all the details were right. The dispensers for condiments were full and clean. The tables were clean, and I could tell there was attention to detail paid in the cleaning of the tables and chairs. The food came out very quickly, the curly fries portion was generous, and the Gyro was fresh and hot. The tomatoes, lettuce, onions inside were fresh. Whoever is managing the store today is doing a fantastic job.

The food at Arby's is good. I gave the 2 stats for service because I waited for over 5 minutes in the drive-thru line for o one customer's order to be filled. Sat there for over 5 minutes. My food was waiting for me. It was cold and not full. The fries were in there not full. If an order will be that long in the drive-thru, you don't hold up the line, especially when you have those orders ready! Cold fries are not good.

Arby's cury fries are amazing there roast beef sandwiches and there soda and milkshakes are great it's a 8/10

People were super nice but the food was sub-par. Bun was dry and roast beef was barely warm. Asked for cherry turnover and got an apple.
