I go to the mall to get salted pretzels nuggets all the Time and they're very good. One of the employees named Bridget is extra sweet very patient and make sure customers is satisfied she works both locations in the mall and she's a very hard. I just want to say, Bridget thank you for your excellent services you will see me again very soon!!!

Guy was rude it was 10:55am when I got there said he doesn't open until 1100am post says opens at 10am. I said I just wanted a Strawberry lemonade. He said oh well I won't have that at all today its cleaning day. I will not go back to this ever. Just lost my business.

Placed an online order and someone picked it up so they had to remake the order and they gave me no issues, Bridget even threw in a couple of extra items as an apology, which I didn't blame them. Shoutout Bridget! She's always been a pleasure when I interact with her.

I wonder what will become of restaurants and these type places after pandemic. Customer service has changed dramatically. This young generation don't have a clue! Will tell you anything to get rid of you. No small cups for drink but same small cups for pretzel nuggets! Mgmt haven't approved to sell cups for drinks! Stop lying! Selling cinnamon pretzels with cinnamon on top nuggets only and you don't realize until you're gone. Horrible place.

It gets the job done, but the pretzel I had wasn’t all that great. I tried their specialty garlic Parmesan pretzel and it was much drier than I anticipated. I’m used to the buttery moisture of Auntie Anne’s pretzels, but this one missed the mark. Granted it might have just been this flavor, but I wouldn’t recommend it or get it again.
I recently visited one of the Auntie Anne's locations here at 137 Spotsylvania Mall Drive Unit 210 Fredericksburg, VA 22407 on 8-19-22. The food was not at all clean or fresh. (Meaning in my experience here: the pretzel was very stale and there was a long green hair cooked within the pretzel; also lemonade was for sure not at all good) I don't normally complain about Auntie Anne's at all and have been a long time customer for many years until yesterday. I am very disappointed and I would hate to see another person suffer the same feeling of immediately becoming ill, if not worse. Please, please, please I ask that whoever is in charge of maintaining ALL health safety codes up to date is actually indeed following through with it along with all of their employees. I understand that businesses need to make money. But it's sickening both mentally and physically when it comes to businesses selling "already made" expired food at the cost of the communities health.

The service was terrible! I had to wait about half an hour for a few pretzels. They didn't explain why it took so long, and they served like 20 people behind me in line before serving me. Then to top it off, they got the order wrong. Avoid this place!
