Love coming to Cava whenever I’m in town as I don’t have one where I live. This location has always done a great job and has really friendly employees.

I have consistently seen Cava’s service and food decline in quality since it opened, especially the mobile order drive-up section. The order is rarely correct, the area is visibly dirty, the employees barely acknowledge you when you give your name, and the overall experience is mediocre. I honestly get better service at a McDonald’s drive thru. The worst part is the food. Today I ordered a greens and grains bowl with baby spinach and saffron rice, falafel, red pepper hummus, harissa hummus, and an assortment of toppings. I received a greens and grains bowl that had a few leaves of spinach and the rest was romaine lettuce. The diced tomatoes were rancid, and though I added Persian cucumbers, I found 2 little slices in there. The tomato was so rancid I could not eat my food because the whole bowl was saturated in it. I find great quality food when I go inside to order, but every time I mobile order, I get rotten or wrong ingredients. I would also add the plastic fake flowers placed in the planters out front do not represent the brand of Cava, nor does it communicate a quality experience. I really would love to see improvements in the quality of service coming from Cava to help elevate our community standards in our businesses, and to receive what we pay for.
