This is the most poorly operated Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to (located inside Spotsylvania Mall). This is my second time having an issue here with the same manager (a male Hispanic heavy set gentleman). The first visit, he was cleaning the floors and wouldn't allow his employees access of the shake/ice-cream machine. Myself and another customer waited over 25 minutes for our shake and ice-cream. I had to approach the manager and finally ask him to stop cleaning and make our shake and ice cream cone.My second visit took over 25 minutes to get two combos. It seemed there was one person in the kitchen area trying to keep up with a screen full of orders. The manager just stood there, lining up sauces and bags and asking the girl in the kitchen, how long on this, how long on that. I won't be returning to this location!

Stand in line for a few minutes while several employees just look at me never ask if I needed help. Another woman just walks up and all of sudden they see her!! Really hate race cards but REALLY! However, after I went elsewhere for my food. I could see they had no problems standing around talking!

Always speedy, always gets your order right, food is top notch, chick-fil-A is always a great pit stop! I love the chicken wraps with the avocado lime sauce! This location is fairly crowded and it's not the easiest to get in and out, but this chain is one you can depend on for friendly service and a clean environment!

This is my favorite location, though I like all of the F'burg units. Everyone's just so incredibly kind and helpful, and they always go the extra mile. The food is consistently delicious and a great value for the money spent.Parking: Easy access parking. Once you get used to the layout of the parking lot and surrounding area, it's easily one the most accessible locations in F'burg.
