so i usually go here to get cinnabons and coffee. Recently i’ve experienced such a rude worker not only to the customers and their fellow workers. His name is elkin and is always just not in a good mood. I also feel it affecting the mood of the other workers. A nice female worker who had red hair was happy to serve me!

Wanted a coffee was told they don't serve it after 2pm, asked why it was on the menu and literally got zero response. Pulled up the website and it was available for online order and pickup, so I placed order. When I went to pick it up was told managers have informed employees not to serve coffee after 2pm. Asked why there was coffee in the machine that is clearly visible and on and was told it was cleaned out. Asked if there was a manager available and not to my surprise was told there was not.If you're not gonna serve something don't have it on the menu or at least have a sign up and an empty coffee machine that is turned off.At the very least, train your employees in some customer service

The manager of this facility guilt trips hard working employees for having a sick day (when they call In advance or still Offer to come in wearing a mask because of his guilt trips). Very toxic workplace. Oh and the reason this employee got sick? He guilt tripped another employee to come in when they were sick. Don’t apply here if you’re capable of getting sick ? and don’t eat here unless You want to get sick. Dudes a complete moron who doesn’t belong running a business. He’s the reason for the low employee retention, poor customer service, and his own problems.

I dont know why they let kids with attitudes work in this place.All I wanted was a couple items and some coffee and I get attitude. Rolling eyes because THEY forget to to put them in the bag and I didn't get a receipt from them so I'm getting told I'm laying about my items.This is ridiculous for attitude from the workers if your having a bad day don't take it out on the custumer

Only leaving a review to suggest that the new hours be posted they close at 8:30 on the weekdays and 9:00 p.m. on the weekends. On the website it shows as they are open until 9:30.

I love this locations pecan cinnamon rolls! Staff is always friendly! Some Cinnabon locations use to much egg or something that makes their centers a weird consistency but this location gets it right everytime!
3 hours until you close yet you have all your drink machines down. This is constant at this location. How about the owner or franchise partner fix this. Sales down? I can't imagine why!!!

I recently visited Cinnabon in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was simply awesome, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and their knowledge about the menu and ingredients was impressive.Of course, the star of the show was the delicious Cinnabon rolls! The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water, and the taste did not disappoint. Each bite was filled with gooey, cinnamon goodness, and the icing on top was the perfect finishing touch.Overall, I highly recommend Cinnabon in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for anyone looking for a delicious treat and excellent customer service.
